There was no hard sell just discussion of facts as well as the shortcoming relative to health and safety items that were not up to code. We ended up having Quality West replace our boiler, add an additional zone to the basement and install three thermostats, one for each floor. Rob and his expert team (Bob and "The Kid") did a wonderful job and performed the job in 2.5 days. They setup very efficiently and cleaned up well. Bob was very thorough in explaining the system and labeled all of pertinent components. The system functions as it should and was within our budget. Overall the job displayed the craftsmanship that Quality West promised. I will continue to use Quality West for all of our boiler needs. Thank you!

We had a new heat pump installed and all new ducting put into the attic. IMHO, it's always how a contractor behaves once the work is done that tells you if you'd want to do business with them again. For example, I noticed that some of the vents were not sealed down as well as I wanted. I let Fernando know, and he came out that week and sealed up every crack with duct sealer and foam insulation. He also made sure that all our ducts were sealed with R8 instead of R6 insulation to help ensure that the cold air stayed cold. I would highly recommend FenAir, Fernando and his team.

At the time we knew we needed to replace the guts of this old home. We reached out to FenAir via Yelp and quickly received a response from Fernando and a handful of other competitors. We schedule a date a time for one of his guys to come check out our project. Jesus, the guy who gave us the estimate, was on time to meet and discuss our project. Jesus was very down to earth and honest with us. After interviewing with a handful of other contractors we were happy with the product and quote the Jesus had provided us and we granted the work to FenAir. Within a few days Fernando's crew showed up and got to work! We had the AC unit moved to the other side of the house as the line set was crossing 3 window wells, it was originally poorly placed. During the install of the new high efficiency furnace Fernando brought it to our attention if we wanted to eliminate the flue from the roof we would need to replace the water heater as well! Luckily I had a hybrid water heater that we had purchased from Home Depot, but I was going to install it myself. Fernando and I quickly negotiated a fair price for his guys to do the install. It was very impressive to see all this work get done in one day! If I did have one negative comment, it would've been to have his guys come back the next day to wrap up the project. They put in a long day and it wasn't until after after 8PM when the finished. It wasn't really a big deal, but I know some people may want work to be done at a reasonable hour. All and all, we are very satisfied with the quality of work and speed of FenAir! My apologies for taking so long to get this review to you!

We had an outstanding experience with Jordan and the entire team at L & L! From start to finish,…read morethey made the process of installing our new AC and furnace smooth, stress-free, and professional. Jordan took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with the entire process. The crew was on time, respectful of our home, and worked efficiently to get everything installed and running perfectly. Before deciding, we cross-compared quotes and services from 15 different companies--and L & L stood out above the rest. They not only beat the competition on value but also explained things better than anyone else. Their transparency, clear breakdowns, and willingness to make sure we understood exactly what we were getting gave us full confidence in our decision. On top of that, their warranties are strong and gave us peace of mind knowing our investment is well-protected. Not only was the quality of the work excellent, but the people themselves were just great to work with--genuine, friendly, and clearly proud of what they do. It's rare to find a company that delivers both top-notch service and such a positive customer experience. If you're looking for reliable HVAC work, I can't recommend L & L enough. Jordan and the team really went above and beyond!
