I never write reviews but this time people need to know about the way this staff operates.. Specifically the girl that works at the front desk. I can't believe how uncaring and unprofessional she has for the last couple of weeks I have been dealing with her. First it took them 8 days to submit my authorization request for a root canal (her excuse was the biller wasn't in until that time). Who does this in a medical office?? I'm sadden to say many.....I went there on July 7 with an emergency appointment because of pain, two weeks ago my tooth chipped. I have spoken with my insurance four times in the last month or so because the request was submitted incomplete. Kimberly submitted the request twice the wrong way. Apparently, she is too busy to follow up with the insurance and both her and the doctor assume the insurance will not cover it But in fact they do cover it if they were to submit the paper work correctly. On Wednesday, Aug 26th I personally dropped off a letter for the doctor explaining what the insurance told me on the phone and I had some questions for the Dr. I followed up the next day and Kimberly told me that they were so busy that the doctor didn't open my letter and I asked kindly to ask her to call me before the end of the day because they are closed on Fridays.... Of course SHE DID NOT CALL me back and now I have to wait until Monday, Aug 31!!! Guess what, I am done with this office and they just need to give me my records so I can go to a place where they actually care. Ms. Kimberly was all nice and pleasant at the beginning but when it cam to doing some actual work that was too much to ask.. not everyone is supposed to do this job, please step aside and let someone that truly cares about people do it. Apparently This is not your field. read more
