I had such a positive experience recently that I wanted to pass along the contact information for C&R Heating & Cooling, LLC. C&R is a local family-owned business operated by two brothers, one of whom previously worked for Chinook. I had used Chinook for years because they installed the HVAC system in my home, but I became increasingly disappointed with their customer service and the thoroughness of their maintenance visits. That led me to give C&R a try. I couldn't be happier with my decision. They were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They thoroughly cleaned and serviced my equipment, and it honestly looks almost brand new. More importantly, it's running more efficiently than it has in years. What really impressed me was that C&R pointed out several maintenance items that had been overlooked during Chinook's service visit just a couple of months earlier. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right gave me a great deal of confidence in their work. If you're looking for an experienced HVAC company, I highly recommend giving C&R Heating & Cooling a call. It's always nice to support a local family business that takes pride in providing exceptional service.

I learned so much about the process from them. They are attentive to answering your questions. The price seemed to be reasonable with what other HVAC companies are charging. They are very respectful of property and keep you informed throughout the process what they are doing. I am very impressed with their work. Even though there was a minor snag in scheduling, they immediately rectified the issue and did so quite pleasantly (and satisfactory by the way). If you have the chance to request Billy, hop on that! He is friendly, respectful, and professional. And believe me, I've experienced my fair share of people who are condescending. Billy went over and above throughout the entire process. In just checking my electrical, he was able to fix an issue I've been dealing with for over a year! I will be thanking him every time I open my garage door! My driveway is so steep, it's difficult to get in/out of my car safely. I'm sure he doesn't realize just how much he has improved my everyday life! All in all, I think he saved me around $1,500! I was also thrilled to learn that they offer plumbing services as well. Even though my house isn't that old, I think I can keep them busy with all my repairs! It is evident how much each and every person I had contact with loves their job (even the gentleman I just happened to overhear on the phone)! It says a lot how people speak when they think no one can hear them! Again, choose Billy (and of course, A-One)! Very satisfied customer, Robin

American Home Shield assigned Limitless Heating and Cooling to my claim to replace the replace my…read moreair handling unit and condenser. Every part of my experience dealing with Limitless Heating and Cooling was an absolute nightmare. I would never use this company again. * It took them over a week to submit their estimate to American Home Shield despite me following up with both parties (it was 90+ degrees outside and I had no AC). * Once the estimate was finally submitted I was told I was responsible for about $3,000 of the repair. I called and spoke with their owner Steve Bazaldua trying to get a breakdown of the expense so I could check it against my policy. Steve told me he would send it over when he got back to the office. Steve never sent it. I call him a second time to follow up. Steve again said he would send it over. He never sent it. * They drove up the customer pay portion of the insurance claim by adding work that didn't need to be done to "get my house up to code". For example, they replaced an electrical disconnect box and whip with the exact same parts I already had for the previous unit. No one would explain why the original parts weren't at code. * Limitless Heating and Cooling tried to charge me for parts that weren't replaced (pad for condenser unit). * Part of what I paid for included having an electrician come out to the job to sign off on their crew's work. Their electrician no showed us on the day of the install 7/7/26. I was told he would be out the following Monday 7/13/26 to sign off on the job. He never showed up or called to let me know. Limitless never called me with any kind of a reason why or to reschedule. They just blew it off. I call back to see if they are ever planning to send an electrician out to finish the job I've already paid for. They tell me it might be a month or two because they won't send someone to Moses Lake just for one job. I ask for a refund since they aren't making any effort to finish the job. I'm immediately told that won't be happening. After about 5 phone calls I finally get on their electrician's schedule to come out to my house on 8/14/26 to sign off of the work. Again, their electrician no calls and no shows me. I still haven't heard anything from Limitless Heating and Cooling as I type this (8/25/26). I stayed home from work all 3 of these days by the way. * The new electrical disconnect box they insisted on replacing wasn't mounted on the same spot as the original. Now I've got a small chunk of my house that needs to be painted because it was a different color under the original box. * Their technicians were rude, specifically to my dog. They wouldn't work with him in the house (he's a lab) so he had to stay outside all day. They seemed irritated with me any time I asked them a question about the install. * The job remains unfinished even though I paid for it almost 2 months ago.
