This was a 2 day project using the 1st day to remove the old system and seal ducts and day 2 to install and test the new system. They arrived on time with all the necessary parts and equipment to handle any potential problems. During the duct sealing process, it was determined that the existing duct structure had the equivalent of a 25.8 square hole. After sealing, this was reduced to the equivalent of a 2.3 square inch hole. IMPRESSIVE ! The new system was installed per plan and has been running well for over a month which includes one or two 90 degree days. It is so quiet that one can hardly hear it. The 3 man team were very personable, neat, efficient and explained things clearly as work progressed. If you need a CAC system, call Besson 1st before anyone else

Had these guys come to service our HVAC system that had stopped working. Technician came took a…read morelook for a few minutes, and figured that the problem was the control board and charged us $400 plus the service call and then left. After a few weeks of waiting for the part we called to find out an update and were told that the part should be in soon but we should just replace the entire system for some insanely amount of money! I said we'd consider it if we can't get it fixed. When the part finally came in a different tech who wasn't familiar with the system returned to install it. Then we found that we still had the same problem and that things still weren't working properly. The tech couldn't figure out the problem and that he'd need to go back to the shop to look at a schematic so he charged us for the service call and installation and left never to be heard from again. When we called to follow-up we were told to replace the system or don't call them back becuase they don't want to service the system because it's too old. Yet another company who just wants to 'sell' new systems to people who have older units. Again, this wouldn't be a problem if the system was completely shot and non functioning. But these guys just didn't want to take the time to figure out the problem and fix it. Techs were nice enough but what's with these attitudes in the office? Needless to say, I was able to find someone else from a smaller local service that pinpointed the problem which turned out to be a pulled wire from a plug which mysteriously happened during the previous part installation and a bad relay. He ordered the parts and came back to install them within a week. less than $50! It was unbelievable that these guys wanted to charge me to replace my unit. It's still working a year later with no problems! Go figure! Customer beware! The name says it all!

The tech was unable to find the leak, but charged the system and got it working well again. This happened again this summer and again it was restored briefly to working order. When it happened a third time, the service department sent out an amazing tech named Thomas who was determined to solve the problem once and for all. Thomas worked diligently much of the day, found the original problem, but continued to test to prove that it was the only problem! I had paid for the previous calls, but when Thomas found the problem it was clear that it was an installation error and reported this back to his supervisor. Now comes the part that separates this company from so many others; when I sent a letter requesting they consider refunding my previous service charges, the management agreed and promptly send a check for those charges. The rate Abbott & Mills gave me was $404.4, and I was able to find Depew with a rate of $379.9. Big difference when you need at least 150 gallons to fill.

I called an independent heating contractor and he took care of it in less than 30 minutes! I visited Coles and explained to the nice young lady at the desk what I needed done and about the other plumber. She told me yes, they were cheaper, and the following day, she sent me a quote. My jaw dropped on how much cheaper Coles was charging. Chris came over. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was going to do before doing anything to the boiler. If he ran into a hiccup, he would inform me before doing anything. I really appreciated that. He considered me and not do whatever without discussing it with me. Chris replaced several valves, replaced the expansion tank, cleaned the boiler, replaced a thermostat, and purged the boiler and the cost was much less than half of what the other company wanted to charge me.
