I decided to trudge through it and I paid my 500$ deductable..the next week I was back for a fitting...another 500$ ..the first one i was told was my deductible. But they never charged my insurance.the second one I was told I owed because we used a health care expense card...well we paid out of pocket this time..still no charge to insurance..the cpap they tried to charge 1700$....we. refused. They then came back into the room and gave us a different price...is this haggle with your medical supplies? Come to find out..our insurance covers 100% sleep study , follow up fitting and cpap machines. We paid in totally now 1300.00$ that we should have only paid in 40$ office visit for, I've brought in paperwork from my insurance company showing paid in full and customer(me) owing 0 $..we have called them 3 times now wanting a refund of our money we should not have paid in. Also they are still charging us for a paid cpap machine through our debit card.. I'm calling them tomarrow, and if it's not taken care of, we are continuing waiting the bbb, and our lawyers. This is a scam place of epic purportions. Do not do buisness here.

Advanced Center for Sleep personnel were kind and professional. The sleep study took place at their facility on Brainerd. It was clean and the technician was very nice and put me at ease. My room was big, clean and homey plus I had my own bathroom. If you are required to have a sleep study I definitely recommend this business. Everyone is there to help you, the doctors, nurses, technicians, front desk workers, were all outstanding.

My CPAP is in a constant state of broken and gross because they refuse to give me the necessary supplies. The office personnel are extremely rude and uncaring, and will quite literally hang up the phone when you are talking to them, and it doesn't matter if you're being mean or not! They will just hang up mid conversation whenever they feel like it! The doctors aren't much better, and are more concerned with advertising their products than actually giving you useful information. If I could rate this place negative stars I would. If your doctor refers you to this place, ask for a different referral!!!!!!

I have attempted to get supplies from a mail order place and it is act of congress to get this office to send necessary paperwork to a new supplier. The office will refuse to mail supplies to unless u play like 9 dollars extra to ship them. The supplies go toward my insurance deductible. I have not felt heard at any of my appointments and keep being to come back every 3 or 6 months when nothing is changed. I have put up with it for over 1 yr and will be finding a new provider.

HERE IS GOOD INFO/DETAILED REVEIW ON THE PROCESS OF BEING A LOW T PATIENT…read more I started going to Low T here in Chattanooga around March 2022, a little over 3 years ago now. For the first 2 years, I went in every week and got my Testosterone injections and from the time I went in to the time I came out was always less than 1 hour and majority of the time less than 30 minutes I spent for my weekly visit. Its best to go on the same day each week but if you needed to go 1 or 2 days early or 2 or 3 days late, there wouldn't be a problem as the Dr adds or subtracts 10 mgs per day. For instance, if you are on 200 mgs per week and you go in 2 days early your next week, they would give you a 180 mg injection. If you go in 2 days later your next week, you would get a 220 mg injection. I used to have to go in on a different day about every week and they had no problem with it. There were a few times I even went in 5 days past my day and all was still ok, they just gave me a 280 mg injection for that week. For a little over a year now I have been receiving at home injections (4 pre-filled syringes, 1 per week) shipped to me. 3 years ago the intake process was really easy and straightforward. They get your bloodwork on the first visit and then the second visit, they will tell you if you qualify or not. My insurance approved me and I was able to use my insurance or self pay. With my insurance it was $35 per week, co-pay. Every 3 months you get labs done to make sure all levels are where they need to be and whatnot and also to make sure your blood isn't thickening too much. So, every 3 months it costs $120 for labs/ bloodwork instead of the $35 copay one week. I have BCBS TN ins and this is what I was charged with my insurance, other insurance may be different, idk. With at home injections, insurance isn't used and it's a $105 payment that is considered a membership fee per month, self pay because you can't use Ins for this and then your injections are shipped to your door. Every 3 months you still have labs for $120. this is about the cheapest I have found for Testosterone therapy anywhere. I have nothing but good things to say about my Chattanooga Low T office because they have always been very nice to me and very helpful with everything I have needed and I've had no problems with them. Same thing for self inject, every 3 months I go into the office for my labs and I do a video visit with the Dr a few days later and they write 3 prescriptions for me, 1 for each month over the next 3 months. I pay my $105 through the nimble app and the pharmacy ships to my door in less than a week from their pharmacy, Village Lane Apothecary in Colleyville, TX to my door step in Ringgold, GA by either FedEx or UPS discreetly. You will get a notification around halfway through the month letting you know that you can pay your $105 for your next month of injections so that they will be at your door before your last injection that month so that you don't miss any injection time. I have waited like a week and a half before on my injections to get to me but it was only around 1 time and I believe that is the longest I have ever had to wait on the shipping for my injections and all the rest have been really quick shipping, as in at my door on the 4th day after I pay for it. In my 3 years of being on 230 mgs of Testosterone Cypionate I have had nothing but wonderful results. I'm 33 years old ant the moment and at 30 my Testo was extremely low and I felt bad all the time with no energy and my Libido was pretty low acting as well. Since around the 2nd month of taking my weekly injections when I was 30, my energy has gotten so much better than it has ever been, my libido is like I'm a teenage boy again and I just feel so much better about myself in general. Honestly if you are thinking about TRT, don't think any further because you will be glad that you made the decision because it's life changing for some of us. $105 per month isn't a bad price considering the quality of life I now have. I would recommend TRT to anyone that may need it and Low T Center in Chattanooga is the only place that I would send them!
