I was seen by a blonde female Physician's Assistant who took great care of me and got me on my way. No explanation why he was 47 minutes late. I find this unacceptable. And this was the second time he was late - the first time was the first time I met him. I made sure that I told the receptionist that he is running very behind, and that I would never be returning to this facility.

My husband went to the Neurosurgeon, and it was determined he had a spinal cord injury, and the main trunk nerve was compressed in his neck. I also had to have a physical form filled out for work, and they kindly printed it for me, and Dr.Terry William didn't hesitate to fill it out for me although he wasn't my PCP. Don't get too comfortable because in my experience you won't be in it for long. I was promptly taken back where a detailed exam was performed on my eyes. The entire staff was super nice, very professional and highly skilled at what they do. I saw about 3 different technicians with each one doing a different part of my exam. Then the Dr came in and did his part of the exam and he spent a lot of time giving me options on glasses vs reading glasses only etc. I felt that this was a very good exam by a first class group of people. There is a huge difference in this and a typical walk in glasses dealer that makes it feel like you are at a fast food place. This is the opposite of that experience . I highly recommend them for your eye exam and glasses etc.

The nurse called me back about10 minutes later and performed the normal procedures, weighing, height, blood oxygen levels, etc... Dr. Wang came in about 5 minutes later. He is a friendly man and wants to hear about your health, history and lifestyle. I never felt rushed and he was easy to talk to. He explained his methods of care, his rating on what you are doing now, and any changes of action that is easy to understand. He said he wanted lab work and it could be performed on site! Wow! No fasting, no going to some lab, no waiting! The whole appointment was just over an hour and I'm done! The next day I received an email with my lab results and what he want to tweak! That was so quick! I am very impressed with the entire practice from the ample parking, and friendly staff, to the attentive nurses and doctors to the painless quick lab facilities. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new Doctor. Truly a medical practice like is should be!

Management and scheduling. I was charged a $50 no show fee when in fact I did show up and they made…read morea mistake and didn't schedule the correct procedure. They wanted to reschedule and charge me an additional $225 copay. That was unreasonable since it was their mistake. I left without rescheduling.I spoke with Bo Guffey, the Director of Operations and he pulled the recorded phone call when I scheduled and confirmed that I did in fact request the correct procedure but he thought that both the scheduler and I should share responsibility. He spoke with Sue Teeter the COO who agreed with him to not waive the fee. This was not the first bad experience I've had with this company. NEVER AGAIN!
