It can be difficult to get a timely appointment, and I take my children to the Minute Clinic if I need a quick answer. This past week I finally scheduled overdue yearly checkups for both children. Except for a couple basic questions about mental state, they were passed on through. Considering I have one child with serious issues who is seeing three different therapists, has a slight heart condition, and has just entered puberty in a big way.... I expect more care.

They never remembered who we were, or anything about our son. They continued to forget that he was premature. We had to fill out new patient paperwork each time we went in - as if they didn't use computers?! We saw the doctor maybe only twice during the first year of his life. Only nurse practitioners were available. When calling to schedule appointments, the person answering the phone was always rude. We received NO advice as to newborn/infant nutrition , sleeping, crawling, walking, etc...And, they failed to schedule his 9 month appointment, then blamed it on us, saying that we must have failed to "read the newborn packet". We switched pediatricians!! Absolutely the worst experience. I do not wish this experience on anyone.
