Dr. Jung and all staff that we have interacted with have been exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and caring towards us and our child. As first time parents, we have come to fully trust the expertise, experience, and wisdom of Dr. Jung and will entrust all of our future children to her care.

We were told Chattanooga Peds was the best pediatrician in town, however, each visit, we had to fully explain our sons chart to the nurse. They never remembered who we were, or anything about our son. They continued to forget that he was premature. We had to fill out new patient paperwork each time we went in - as if they didn't use computers?! We saw the doctor maybe only twice during the first year of his life. Only nurse practitioners were available. When calling to schedule appointments, the person answering the phone was always rude. We received NO advice as to newborn/infant nutrition , sleeping, crawling, walking, etc...And, they failed to schedule his 9 month appointment, then blamed it on us, saying that we must have failed to "read the newborn packet". We switched pediatricians!! Absolutely the worst experience. I do not wish this experience on anyone.

I can only assume it is because we asked to delay a vaccine as our son was sick the day we went in. I was told it was no problem. We were never told that would end in a dismissal if we did not vaccinate that day. We have no issue with their policy that all children must be vaccinated. Furthermore, we had an issue with the the finance department which was sorted out and any balance paid in full the next day. We have no problem paying our dues! I am disappointed in this establishment due to the lack of communication which is unprofessional, reflecting poorly on this so called Christian "owner" if I am correct regarding who that is. Regardless of who owns this clinic and made their decision- very unprofessional. My son needs his next vaccine and now we are left to scramble and find someone to give his next vaccine ASAP. The email they sent was signed allied pediatrics. me on the phone of Trying to "MAKE" her accuse another practitioner unaffiliated to your organization of "making a mistake" aka malpractice, where I clearly said I just wanted to understand the issue my son was having as I was worried- I'm disappointed in this Christian who does not actually take the time to try and resolve any "issues" (if there was one) sending out dismissal letters, causing there to now be a delay in my son's care. Shameful demeanor and actions. We should have been spoken to in person who given more time/allowed to atleast vaccinate our child instead of cancelling and dismissing "immediately" as if we were causing some sort of harm or a threat to someone. This practice has a 4/5 star rating. I'm sure it will continue to decrease as information such as this spreads word of mouth.

They will sit you in a room and you will wait....and wait and wait and wait. My son's last appointment was scheduled for 415. We got there 4 minutes early but were still made to wait until 540 to be seen by his pediatrician. That is unacceptable to me. I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't double or even triple booking every appointment slot.
