Only nurse practitioners were available. When calling to schedule appointments, the person answering the phone was always rude. We received NO advice as to newborn/infant nutrition , sleeping, crawling, walking, etc...And, they failed to schedule his 9 month appointment, then blamed it on us, saying that we must have failed to "read the newborn packet". We switched pediatricians!! Absolutely the worst experience. I do not wish this experience on anyone.
