They can charge up to 3% for credit cards. Nevertheless, the good folks are the office were very nice about reversing the double-charge. I am waiting to see when it comes through. Pro's - Basic work seemed to be done well and at a price that was competitive with others I contacted at least for the basic service. - Communication was prompt. - After some re-scheduling on their part, the team did the work swiftly and efficiently. - Most of the terms were clear in advance, using Yelp Projects. Con's - This is a fairly shiesty corner of the home maintenance world. Many providers seem to give you a low-ball estimate to get in the door and then upsell significantly. - Envirosmart is not an exception. - The initial quote was $200. This included scoping the ducts and doing the negative pressure clean-out. - Onsite, they then upsold me to $670 for a more thorough brushing of the vents, sanitation, and some other ancillary services. - They were only modestly well-organized. They called the day-of to reschedule because of a conflict with internal training. They also confirmed a different time than I had originally scheduled. It was the difference of a 9 to 11am original window and a 2:30-3pm arrival. - The Yelp Project communication could have been clearer. They did not specify whether they were calling to quote me or coming to do the service! Amid all this and with some clarification and flexibility on our part, we worked it out. I would have appreciated either a discount or additional service for the delay. None was proffered. I did not go ahead with the upsell as I had already gotten quotes for less from other providers with somewhat more transparent pricing. I think the work they did appeared fine. See attached pics. Your guess is as good as mine which are before and which are after! They did not specify when they sent them to me and email took off the timestamp. I'm hoping the cleaner ones. I probably will try another service when I do this again and with a higher rated provider. All in all, though, I had low expectations and those low expectations were met.

Half of the staff has been there for years, a couple teachers have been there over a decade. I do have some issues with the director from time to time, but more because she has to put her foot down about rules and "be the bad guy." Someone has to. This is a safe, fun school with great food and facilities. My children feel safe and well cared for, and I feel confident leaving my children here. If the director is talking about me behind my back, I could care less ~ as long as it doesn't affect my children or myself, i don't see any reason why gossip would be a reason to keep your children from growing and learning at this childcare center.

After entry, I made my way to the computers area to look at what was on display. Desktop options were on display with corresponding keyboard and computer mouse technology. Laptops were on display by make (Air and Pro). Each make had varied laptops on display to highlight different size screens and different finishes (silver/metal and black). The truck was towed to this location in Bellingham. The staff on duty were awesome - like a warm blanket wrapped around us. The four guys were very comforting in their rapport with us. They provided extra boxes, allowed us to use their trash bins and were 100% attentive the entire 6 hours we were there. We had to empty the original vehicle, which was totalled and transfer to the new one. The original was splattered with shattered glass, broken plastic bins and wooden art pieces; as well as a broken tool box spilling nails over the entire back of the truck. And the jam jars broke... The staff were compassionate with our problems and stress levels, as well as patient and ready to help with questions and service. Thank you to Connor, Dawson, Jessi, and Tomas. We always found the staff friendly, our vehicle ready to go and a very quick check out. In addition, we purchased U-Haul boxes and packing tape from inside the store and found the staff helpful with advice and they always offered to help take the box packs to my car, as they are heavy and bulky. My only criticism is the lack of space in the lot. I usually have to park my car where I'm not supposed to, but overall, I will continue to rent with U-Haul.
