That shop told me I had to replace an entire assembly just because of one dry-rotted bushing, quoting me over $800. They claimed the bushing couldn't be bought separately. I called Elite for a second opinion, and from the start, they were honest and knowledgeable. He told me he couldn't guarantee it, but he would try to hunt down the specific part. Later that afternoon, he called with great news--he found the bushing! This level of effort saved me almost $700. The staff is incredibly friendly and they actually take the time to explain the issue to you rather than just throwing a bill in your face. I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else from now on. Not only did he not fix it, he did unauthorized repairs and fraudulently reprinted my name on altered invoices. I took him to court and, unbelievably, the judge gave an award of $4,200 to HIM based on his fabricated statements and invoices. This included $30.00 a day storage fees because I retrieved my car "in the middle of the night". I had tried to have it returned to me twice during the day, which he refused without paying him cash, and kept the car blocked in so I couldn't move it. He had the car for 6 months and 8 days and somehow knew he would win the case, threatening to sell my car and collect the difference if I took him to court. The judge ignored everything I presented to her and concentrated on getting him paid. Judge Sylvia Grunor, Sanford, FL was told by Chris that he had not repaired the car as needed and refused to waive the storage fees which he told a Deputy Sheriff he would do. He is anything but honest. This has not come to an end yet.

Talking with Jake about Saleens, one quickly finds that he has a connection, love, and respect for Saleens like no other. Not only does he know Steve Saleen, but he has helped with the S7s when they came on scene. Jake and his wife Debbie run this shop (with the help of their dog, Reilly, who is always looking for some lovin') with the professionalism and precision needed to get the work done properly, accurately, correctly, on time, and for a reasonable cost and honest at every turn. Jake is quick to tell you that he will source only genuine parts for your job that are not bootlegged knock-offs from China. I brought the car already with the door panel opened, showed that the motor was working but the clips that hold the glass broke but they insisted to just give me a quote without drop the car. Two hours later they called me with a quote of $480 to fix it. I rejected and to get the car had to pay $113 for "inspection". The plastic clip broke was even at the exactly same place that I saw inside the door before, they didn't touched the car... The so called "inspection" costed more than the whole window system (not just the clips). Unfortunately that's how those place make their money, but hopefully this information helps others to not be scammed!
