I purchased a $34,000 car, with $5000 down payment. So I would have been financing $30K, they made me sign the contract on the computer monitor, while some lady came in to sell me alcohol in the middle of the signing. They told me I have to pick the car up the following day with the hard copy of the contract. I had previously seen the car in excellent condition. Came back the next day, and they said the car was stuck behind a bulldozer, and I had to wait on the operator to come back. After a few hours they brought the vehicle with the spear tire missing out the trunk, and a small burn hole in the leather passenger seat. That was just the beginning, never received the hard copy of my contract, but after making payments of $890 a month, found out from the bank who I believe is complicit, Chase Bank, they changed the original purchase price from $34,500 to the contract price of $47,000. Now I've paid over $40,000 plus for the car already, Chase Auto Finance is claiming I still owe them another $30,000 and would not take any accountability for partnering and doing business with this disgusting fraudulent dealership which has been sue by NYC and permanently banned from doing business. This must stop, and the banks and finance companies should also be responsible knowing that some of those numbers are super inflated and certain cars don't have the value they claim on the bullshit agreement! Shame on Chase Auto, and that manager and finance crook responsible should pay the price for their crimes. After reading these comments and reviews, I am happy I recorded the conversation with the head of Chase Auto Fraud Department and came to the realization he is part of the scammers. He told me I was the only one who ever had issues with this company. He is involved is some sort of shady dealing and want to try to repossess the vehicle for his own benefit. I will hire a private investigator to look into this, I wonder how many vehicles this guy Justin has acquired from working together with these thieves. Chase needs to do an in house investigation on him.

My reason for 1 star is because I sent them all my info for a credit check then got a text saying they 'cannot provide an update for an approval without the proper POI. We do have your approval as far as the specifications in detail once you arrive our Financial analyst can provide you with the proper conditions of the approval...' My response was why take my info electronically if you can't give me an answer electronically? It's at least an hour drive each way. Delete my info. Crickets... Get a call this evening from a guy who says he's the sales manager who rather than make a sale with me he just argued with me while I'm trying to eat dinner. Personally I'm not interested in any of his cars, but I need one and I need to know where I can get financed. I understand in the world of car buying they always want a car then an approval but I was told they already have my approval. (Not pre-approval not soft approval but approval) I would have gladly given him my biz today and he could have made a solid sale no haggle sale from me immediately. I literally need a car this weekend, had he not cut me off and argue with me about why was I looking for a car if I didn't want his cars blah blah blah. Clearly I'm interested in financing first and foremost that's been explained from the beginning. Listening is important when you ask questions if you want the answer. All the SUVs that would work for me in my low end price range are Mercedes oddly. Personally I do not want a Mercedes. I just want a Toyota something I can get a little dirty and off-road a little with the dogs. I need a car badly but I'm not going to trust these guys when after multiple people contacting me and none of them are nice only fake nice. What could have been an almost instant sale Instead of saying sorry maybe the guy sending me the text made a mistake and should have said pre-approval but I am here to help you.....he rudely cuts me off every time I tried to speak to remind me he's the sales manager and argue with me. Yea, not gonna trust these guys with a bunch of 1 star reviews and a bad attitude towards customers. Glad they showed me their true colors sooner rather than later.

Capital One gives you the confirmed overall price for the vehicle so you don't need to negotiate the price once you get down there. After 2 hours of test driving and completing the applications they jumped up the price by $9,000 and claim that the sites listed price is how they get business in the door - false advertising! A $9,000 commission must be nice! A bunch of scammers! 0/10 I addition, no where on the site did it say there were any disclaimers. The sales manager also mentioned that he couldn't find your hidden information listed on Capital One Auto Navigator nor did the site bring me to your main website. He clearly said which I'll quote "this is how we get people in the door". https://www.capitalone.com/cars/vehicle-details/2019/Mercedes-Benz/GLC/300/WDC0G4JB8KV146083 You should be the one doing your own research and not wasting the customers time. I called prior, showed my quote upon arriving and once I completed the whole process which was well over 2 hours is when I was told that not only would my quote not be honored but jacked up by $9,000 minus any taxes or dmv fees which I was more than willing to pay. Again, it's bad business! 0/10 and would not recommend even to my worst enemy. Do better!

Subject: Thank You for Exceptional Service from Eisa Donn…read more Dear Customer Advocate, I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Carvana, specifically regarding the incredible service I received from Eisa Donn during my appointment on September 22, 2026, at around 10:25 AM. From the very start, Eisa made a lasting impression with his warm and friendly demeanor. It's not every day that you meet someone who truly embodies the spirit of exceptional customer service, but Eisa did just that. He was not only courteous and kind, but he also had a genuine way of making the entire process feel easy and relaxed. It's clear that he takes pride in his work, and that really shines through in how he interacts with customers. What I appreciated most was Eisa's patience and the way he took the time to explain everything to me. He walked me through each step of the process, which made me feel much more at ease. It's often the little things that count, and his reassuring manner turned what could have been a stressful appointment into a pleasant experience. I could tell that he genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and informed, which meant a lot to me. You should be proud to have someone like Eisa representing Carvana. His positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. I couldn't have asked for a better person to assist me during this appointment, and I believe he is a tremendous asset to your team. Thank you for sending such a fantastic individual to help me with my 2005 Mercedes Benz SL 500. I will certainly share my experience with friends and family and recommend Carvana without hesitation. I had an extremely upsetting experience with Carvana, both in terms of their policies and how their…read morecustomer service treated me. I began a purchase for a 2021 Land Rover Range Rover Velar through Carvana. On March 19, 2026, I received an email from Carvana that my order had been approved. Later that same day, before midnight, I decided I no longer wanted the vehicle and canceled the purchase. I then received another email from Carvana confirming that "Your vehicle purchase was canceled on March 19 at 11:58 p.m. EDT" and that my refund was being reviewed and processed. In other words, I canceled the same day I was approved, well within roughly 24 hours, and long before the car was ever shipped or in transit. The issue is a 690‑dollar "nonrefundable" shipping fee. The day before, on March 18, 2026 at 5:46 p.m. EDT, Carvana emailed me saying they had "initiated your nonrefundable payment of $690.00" to cover shipping and labeled it a "Nonrefundable shipping charge" to my Citibank account. In a small note at the bottom of that email, they added that if I canceled my order by March 19, 2026 at 5:46 p.m. EDT, they would refund the shipping fee. While I did not cancel by that exact timestamp, I did cancel later on March 19--within about 24 hours of approval--and before any shipping actually began or any transport service was provided. Despite the fact that my order was approved and canceled the same day and the vehicle never moved an inch, Carvana refused to refund the 690‑dollar shipping fee. When I contacted support via chat and spoke with an advocate named Amanda, I explained that the car was never shipped, that my purchase and cancellation happened within roughly 24 hours, and that I had emails confirming both approval and cancellation on March 19. Instead of looking at the situation reasonably, Amanda repeatedly hid behind the "nonrefundable" label and the technical 5:46 p.m. cutoff, showed no flexibility, and showed no understanding that they were keeping hundreds of dollars for a service that was never actually rendered. She thanked me for my "patience" while essentially refusing to help. In my view, this is exactly how a policy becomes predatory: Carvana takes a large "nonrefundable" shipping fee up front, then keeps it even when a customer cancels quickly, the car is never shipped, and the company has not actually provided the service that fee is supposed to cover. It may be technically within their fine print, but it feels like they are profiting from customers' cancellations rather than acting in good faith. I will never buy a car from Carvana again, and I strongly encourage others to think very carefully before paying any shipping fee or relying on their customer service to treat you fairly.
