These guys are permanently out of business, but they all should be charged for fraud, and scamming customers after the hell they caused to people. I purchased a $34,000 car, with $5000 down payment. So I would have been financing $30K, they made me sign the contract on the computer monitor, while some lady came in to sell me alcohol in the middle of the signing. They told me I have to pick the car up the following day with the hard copy of the contract. I had previously seen the car in excellent condition. Came back the next day, and they said the car was stuck behind a bulldozer, and I had to wait on the operator to come back. After a few hours they brought the vehicle with the spear tire missing out the trunk, and a small burn hole in the leather passenger seat. That was just the beginning, never received the hard copy of my contract, but after making payments of $890 a month, found out from the bank who I believe is complicit, Chase Bank, they changed the original purchase price from $34,500 to the contract price of $47,000. Now I've paid over $40,000 plus for the car already, Chase Auto Finance is claiming I still owe them another $30,000 and would not take any accountability for partnering and doing business with this disgusting fraudulent dealership which has been sue by NYC and permanently banned from doing business. This must stop, and the banks and finance companies should also be responsible knowing that some of those numbers are super inflated and certain cars don't have the value they claim on the bullshit agreement! Shame on Chase Auto, and that manager and finance crook responsible should pay the price for their crimes. Trade in had -$2000 negative equity but that's already included in my $6500 calculation. After everything was calculated these people had the nerve to come back with paperwork that said I would owe over $34k and have payments of $549 a month. And this is without the extended warranty which they tried to get me on for another $4K!!! They discourage you from using your own bank and tell you that if you finance with them, you'll get the best deal. That's totally false. They get some sort of incentive from using banks they affiliate with and it saves you no money and you get no deal!!! I came back the next day to ask what had happened, Rashid couldn't find the original papers and the manager of the dealership simply said I had already signed so there was nothing they could do about it. If you are looking to visit a zoo, this place has plenty of snakes and weasels. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle you should consider another dealership. A few months ago I bought myself a brand new BMW M5. To keep this car from racking up too many miles, I was looking for a car I could use Monday through Friday on my commute to work. I found a 2011 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C300 listed on their website for $6,350. I thought this was unusually low for this type of car so I called to make sure this price was accurate. They were able to confirm the price, and I even said repeatedly, I live an hour away, three hours with traffic, I do not want to drive there if the price would not be honored. They repeatedly told me yes, they would honor the price. So, I drove to the dealership, I drove the car, I noticed some things were off about the car but for $6,350 I was ok with the deficiencies. After deciding to go through with the purchase, the sales person Raphael explained that he would only sell us the car for that price if I agreed to finance with them. I was going to pay cash for the car, but to get the deal I agreed on financing. This is where my experience began going south. They kept me at his desk for hours while they were supposedly putting together paperwork. After driving 3 hours and sitting around at the dealership even longer, I was growing a little bit restless and just wanted to wrap things up. They brought me to their finance department where they had a contract for me to sign. They did not review any of it with me, they only told me where I needed to sign. After signing my life away, they printed the contract for me only for me to discover they opened up a loan for $11,800. I asked them why was there a $5,000 upcharage on the vehicle? They explained that all their vehicles are back by their Niada warranty that covers the car for 10 years/100,000 miles. This warranty is as bogus as the people operating in this dealership. On the drive home I noticed the driving wheel was shaking, something I didn't notice during the test drive because I could not go faster than 25 mph, the rambling did not start until about 65 mph. I brought the car the next day to Mercedes dealership, and they gave me a list of problems with the car. The two front rims were completely warped, all the sensors on the tires were corroded, none of the tires on the cars matched (all different treds) the hood of the car was not even a Mercedes hood, it was replaced with a hood made of fiberglass and stamped with a Mercedes logo. To put the cherry on the cake, none of these repairs were going to be covered by the warranty they sold me for $5,000. I hope this review will deter more people from shopping at this dealership, it looks like they have changed their names a few times, so be careful, I will continue to keep a lookout for them and leave them this same review because no one should ever have to deal with this. read more

They give us the run around for weeks stating they will give us a call back or they will return our call once they've got a hold of the storage place. Nothing happens we don't get a call nor do we get feedback on what's the status of this vehicle. We decide showing up the shop would be our next step since we aren't getting any feedback over the phone. We should up for about two days they blamed it on storage from KO automotive to the shop next to them Bronx automotive. They walk me through their entire body shop and inform they have not had that car. They do remember 26 motors bringing by the Q50 but they no longer have it. Now we go back and let them know the gig is up we know you guys lost the vehicle or stripped it for parts. They did not give us any feedback other than they have tons of storage and can't locate the vehicle. The vehicle as of right now is lost by them or stripped for parts without our permission. My husband and I were shopping around for a specific car and happened to be in the area when we found a car listed at a great price online here. We called up to make sure it was available and we were told over the phone to come by and take it for a test drive. We waited for at least 40 minutes after arriving, and we were about to leave without even seeing the car when a salesperson finally found us and showed us the car. After a little bit of discussion, we had a feeling that after a test drive, we'd probably be driving home in this car. When it came time for us to test drive it, our salesperson disappeared for half an hour and came back telling us that they had to run our credit before we could test drive the car. Never has this ever been something you should be asked at a dealership before a test drive. We wound up walking out. The salesperson we were working with was very nice and seemed like the only down-to-earth non-scumbag person that worked here. So the next day, after more discussion we decided to call the dealership back to see if she was available. She happened to be unavailable for the day and we considered going to see another salesperson, but we were told over the phone that they needed a pay stub to run our credit (also not something that's necessary). ying a car from there do yourself the favor and don't go. I'm Going to start by saying how unprofessional the whole place is. Once you buy the car they don't care if you need anything they going to give the run around or if you have any questions after you buy the car from the dealership they're not going to help you. I been calling for the past 2 months to talk to someone just to find out what's happening with the money that they OWE ME and no one could give me a answer to the point now when I call they leave me on hold and apparently every time I call the managers are in meeting. I had a bunch of customers to this place and told them to save their time and go to a dealership where they actually care about the customers experience.
