When I got home, I was supposed to give them a check. I looked, asked them about the slope and the leveling bc it looked wrong. They said they did exactly what my husband said. He came later and checked thier work specifically to what he asked... all wrong. It wasn't 12' wide, it was 11'9" then 11'11", then 11' 8". Awful! It leaned the wrong way (we explained it HAD to be correct bc of wetlands) and it was incredible not level. The guy who did it was here with a SUPERVISOR. My husband called and complained, they said they'd be out. They came out and the same guy that was here tried arguing with me about it with a different guy saying "it can't be fixed" I got my husband on the phone as he requested. They spoke and an entire team came out... THEY STILL DID IT WRONG. It was much better but we didn't realize how steep the slope was until the shed guys came out.. LOOK AT THESE PICS. We will NEVER recommend them to anyone. COMPLETE waste of money.

I have no idea why they contacted me and locked up my Home Depot referral if they don't do storm damage and don't work with new customers. Such garbage. Being laughed at for trying to hire a professional, unprofessional. NEVER using these guys. Would give no stars if possible. Such a waste of my time.

Based on reviews, we were very excited to work with Arrow Fence. Scott came out to measure and we received initial plans for our fence about a week later, informing us that they were scheduling 10 weeks out from the date of down payment. Upon noticing several errors to what we requested for our job on the original plans, we asked for a requote. Scott returned several weeks later and remeasured for the requote which was delivered in a timely manner. We are now about 1 month from the 1st visit. Two weeks after the visit for the requote we had still not received our quote or contract, despite multiple attempts at contact. Upon speaking with another member of the company 5 days ago we were told that Scott would be contacted that day and the contract would be sent to us that day. It was not. We tried calling every day after that and got voicemail or no response. Finally got a voicemail returned today to be told that Scott had gone on vacation starting today and would be gone for several weeks. We were also informed that scheduling was now being done 3-4 months after the deposit was placed. Because Scott is the only person that has any of our information and he is now on vacation for several weeks, we were told that we would not be able to put our deposit down and schedule our job until he returned. Our job that should have started at the beginning of February (weather permitting) is now being pushed until the beginning of May. To top it all off, almost everyone that we spoke to outside of Scott has been exceedingly rude and unconcerned with how our project has proceeded in such a slow and chaotic manner. Although our project may have been small (~$25,000), they really showed their true colors and how little they care about their customers. Our family now has to start this entire process over again with a new company, in the middle of winter with a foot of snow on the ground, having lost MONTHS of time and energy to a company that was entirely unconcerned about their poor service. I understand that companies like these are very busy right now, but how you treat people when times are less than ideal is the true measure of who you are. Arrow Fence does not measure up.

Our experience started with the first initial estimate, provided by the owner Mr. George Denison. He gave us a prompt and extremely fair quote for all labor and materials which are warrantied. A neighbor had replaced a roof, two years prior, which was the same as ours with a company who had charged 3k more. Everything was documented and any questions we had were promptly answered. The workers on site were hard working, polite and beyond professional. The site was cleaned up each day and the finished product was outstanding and completed in two and a half days. They came to finish the job on a Sat morning. After the first day of work, we actually received a call from Barbara. She works in the front office and she called to just check in with us to ensure that we were satisfied. They told me they have been in business for over 50 years and I definitely can see why. If you need a roof done you only need to check out one place. That is GA Denison and Sons Inc.

Then I get a phone call ftom The project mgr today while I'm with patients saying he needs to speak with me and the original price was going to be 5000 more. They know I had rotting wood during the inspection due to one of the inspectors foot almost you going through where it was soft under the shingles. Then the project manager stood over me asking to give a rating before he left otherwise he and the employees wouldn't get their 50.00 each. The roofers and clean up crew worked extremely hard. I thought this was so unfair I'd rate the roofers thus far a 5 star but the company's policy a 1 star adding much stress to this expensive procedure. I thought it was tacky stating I had to fill out a review before he left or they each wouldn't get their 50.00. May even be illegal. As a chiropractic physician I would not ask my patient to write a review and watch them doing it before they left my clinic. We will see how good the roof and gutters are after the first rain and windstorm. The roof crew did clean up thoroughly from what I can see. They left after 8 pm and it was dusky. The gentlemen that came today to repair the ceiling were respectful, hardworking and had great work ethics and cleaned up afterwards. Also the two men that installed the gutters and flashings did a great job.

Let me start by saying that the only reason that they even get a single star is because the end…read moreproduct that I asked for turned out to be a nice addition to my property. With that said, the rest of this review will be largely negative for a variety of reasons that I will describe below. Let's get the positives out of the way. The person who took the initial measurements of the property was personable and professional. In addition, as mentioned above, the actual outcome (a walkway) ended up being pretty nice. Now for the negatives, which make up the majority of my experience with this company. 1) scheduling: when I made the decision to go with them, I asked them when the work would be started. Their response - call us back in 3 weeks or so and we'll see if you're on the calendar yet... What good looks like to me is that they tell me a target, and then get in touch with me regularly as we get closer to the date. In addition, even though they eventually told me the date, they showed up unannounced two weeks early (no joke - they just showed up, assuming it was ok to get started...). To add to that, they didn't finish the first day, and said they'd be back the next day. Well, they didn't show up, so I had to call the office...again... They ended up coming the following day. 2) the job site: there are too many problems to list here, but I'll do my best. First, they dug up a bunch of dirt for the walkway, and they just threw it on the grass surrounding the area. So much that I had to replant grass seed in the area. Second, for a company with "garden" in their name, they sure do seem clueless in terms of how to work a garden. Specifically, they dug up parts of our garden, and, instead of putting it back, they just placed the dug-up plants on top of the dirt (vs. replanting them). In addition, they tossed a bunch of dirt on top of the newly mulched garden area... Third, when digging, they cut an exposed root to a tree in the yard. I guess we'll see in about 7-9 months if the tree survived... Finally, they went in my fenced-in back yard for some reason. Well, instead of closing the gate when they left, they left it wide open, which would be fine if I didn't have kids and several animals who roam the backyard... 3) communication: last but not least, their communication was quite subpar. Aside from the scheduling mishaps, they were unresponsive to email, and messed up my final invoice (added a line item for a $750 project they didn't do...). Overall, this was a poor experience. I would strongly recommend against anyone doing business with this company. Keep looking - you can thank me later.
