They came , we had to work so my husband went to work late to have a verbal conversation with them about what he was asking AND sent a text recap Incase they had questions. When I got home, I was supposed to give them a check. I looked, asked them about the slope and the leveling bc it looked wrong. They said they did exactly what my husband said. He came later and checked thier work specifically to what he asked... all wrong. It wasn't 12' wide, it was 11'9" then 11'11", then 11' 8". Awful! It leaned the wrong way (we explained it HAD to be correct bc of wetlands) and it was incredible not level. The guy who did it was here with a SUPERVISOR. My husband called and complained, they said they'd be out. They came out and the same guy that was here tried arguing with me about it with a different guy saying "it can't be fixed" I got my husband on the phone as he requested. They spoke and an entire team came out... THEY STILL DID IT WRONG. It was much better but we didn't realize how steep the slope was until the shed guys came out.. LOOK AT THESE PICS. We will NEVER recommend them to anyone. COMPLETE waste of money.

The patio and landscaping work he did was special for the following reasons: 1) he carefully assessed the proposed job before giving an estimate; 2) he got the estimate to us when he said he would; 3) the estimate was fairly priced; 4) he and his team began the work when they said they would, arrived promptly every day, and finished without interruption ( save for one rain day when it poured); 5) he helped design the patio and improved our original plans; 6) he and his team were both very hard-working and still managed to clean up the work site at the end of each day; 7) they were personable yet consistently focused on the work at hand. In addition they without my permission dumped extra concrete on a inconspicuous area on my property without my consent as well as leaving concrete forms on the handicapped ramp. Unprofessional behavior all aspects of the job. Strong recommendation to avoid this company !

I had been in the market for a paver for a while, and I got quotes from a few different companies…read moreto do my driveway. (Sorry to those I did not choose.) In the end I settled on Northeast Paving in Waterford. I really liked the woman who came out to provide the quote, Gina. She was very knowledgeable and provided a fair quote. She even came out a second time, to address some concerns I had about the layout. Very considerate and appreciated. The guys that came to do the work were what you'd expect of such tough work, but with big hearts, and tons of skill and knowledge. The precision they showed was top notch. I was beside myself watching Ricky drive the skid steer and excavator. Not only did he have to excavate the driveway, we hired them to grade the yard as well, which included pulling some tree stumps, scraping the top, and putting down top soil. This guy was in the skid steer or excavator for two days straight. He didn't stop. I kept saying 'when is he going to take a break?' His skill was also very impressive, and he put that bucket and claw EXACTLY where they needed to be, not off by even a quarter of an inch. He didn't talk much, but he didn't need to. His work said it all. Outstanding! When I originally started getting quotes, I considered that my job might not be doable. I was requesting a pretty large driveway, but I have a very small entrance, which happens to be a right-of-way. I thought they might not be able to get the dump trucks back there, well Joey did that without blinking. I was again beside myself. He squeezed that truck down that skinny driveway, and did NOT run over my curb, which I was concerned about, and I was watching. Numerous times he drove that truck back and forth, taking out old material, or bringing in new material. He didn't run over the curb once, or hit my neighbor's fence. Fantastic! Another Ricky, Ricky W. was on the steam roller, compactor, and finish work. Every single inch of that driveway was rolled or compacted perfectly, and in some tighter spots, was tamped by hand. He also made a curb by hand! Excellent! At one point during the Job, the woman who did the quote stopped by. I figured maybe she was in the area doing quotes and was just stopping by to check out the job. Nope! She's the owner! Gina Phillips. She was getting in the mix too, picking up rocks, checking the paver machine, etc. It's very common these days, to NEVER see or meet the owner of a company doing work on your home or property. Apparently, this is not one of those companies. She did the quote, and was on site during the job! And there was no big hullabaloo about being the owner. She was extremely professional, kind and courteous. As good as the guys were, it's comforting to know the owner is so invested in their product, and their name, that they're actually on site. Again, outstanding! The job was quoted as three to four days, but they did it in two. Yet another reason I'm so impressed. Obviously I'm very happy we went with Northeast Paving, and if you use them, I have no doubt you will be too. Important note: I had never met any of these people before getting a quote, and I'm not being paid to say these things. They really were just great! Sincerely, Rich
