We had been dealing with an…read moreintermittent sewer odor in our bathroom for quite some time, and despite my best efforts, I couldn't pinpoint the source and needed a smoke test. Mitch Clemmons Plumbing came up in some searches so I decided to give them a go. Making an appointment was super easy. I hate making phone calls so I always like businesses that let you request appointments online. Of course, half the time you never hear back or it takes days. Not with these guys. I got a text message back within minutes and was able to set everything up without ever getting on the phone. They showed up right at the beginning of the time window they gave for arrival. Our technician, Gabriel, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. A smoke test revealed that the problem was a severely corroded toilet flange. Gabriel was able to replace the flange without having to tear up my floor. They reset the toilet and also replaced a faulty water supply valve I had forgotten about. He then performed a second smoke test to confirm that the problem was completely resolved. And all of that was done in just a few hours. It's a relief to finally have this frustrating mystery solved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mitch Clemmons Plumbing, and especially Gabriel, to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy plumber.
