The service technician told him it would not be worth the money to do the update because his car is a 2017. My husband then asked about a noise he had been hearing from the engine and the technician said he would need to keep the car overnight and do a cold start and diagnostic in the morning. My husband was able to finally get a hold of him this morning and he told my husband he needed an $1,800 repair. My husband declined it until he could do a little more research and the technician charged him $260 for the diagnostic. So he did not get the critical software update needed, but he did get a list of extremely high priced repairs that he supposedly needs to do and had to pay $20 more than he would have paid for the critical software update.. Seems kind of like a bait and switch to me. I gave a two-star review instead of a one-star review because they did send him home and pick him up with a rideshare service. So at least he wasn't trapped there. UPDATE THIS MORNING, one of the things they said he needed was an alignment. When he picked up his car he mentioned that he just had an alignment so he was taking the car back to where he had gotten it and the service tech said, "Oh, you probably don't need one then. I was just putting it on the list because it looked a little bit like your tires were worn in a certain way. It wasn't actually on the diagnostic." Super shady!!

Stopped to get food at a pet store down the street from the dealership and when I came back out, my battery was dead in my Lexus! In your minivan The team at the Nashville pet store got me jumped and I could make it not quite a mile to the dealership and service area. I had no right to expect service, but I was handled with kindness and professionalism very quickly. The price was amenable, and it was installed within an hour, even though it was a busy service department. before I left there I knew John Ford's dogs and the other wonderful customer service representative I believe her name was Kristin has two dachshunds. Now that's a silly statement, but every person that came in that service department was treated like family and I can honestly say that because I have never been customer before. I will post on my social media outlets the pleasure of having excellent customer service when I was a perfect stranger and could very well have been refused. I really have the sense. This is an exceptional dealership!

I have reviewed them elsewhere as well.... Brought my car for vibrations. I had previously did all…read moremy motor mounts with them earlier. Because of that, I didn't think it was the mounts so soon. I brought it to Volvo and even they said it was the mounts. I brought it back to them (Bennetts) and they revved the engine to test the mounts and denied it BUT reluctantly agreed to replace the trans mount and the front upper mount on the passenger side and order the parts. When I brought it back to get them done, they changed their minds and only replaced the trans mount which did not help. I brought my car to a shop that they (Bennetts) recommended because of a different issue that they could not handle.....Since the new shop had to remove the mount that Bennetts DIDN"T change to get to my other issue, I told them to just replace it, (at my own cost even though the old part was still under warranty and Bennetts refused to replace it), while they were there. Which they did at no extra charge for the labor...Low and behold, the car rides perfect with no vibration what so ever!!! It WAS the mount that Bennetts decided not to warranty and change after all!.... Poor diagnosis technique to say the least and they will find a way not to honor their warranty... This has been my experience and mine alone....Good luck!!!!

I have a Jeep and after 9 years, the windshield developed a crack. I went to LG and they quickly replaced it. A week later, and a rock on the interstate left a star shaped crack. I was thinking it was my bad luck, but then it happened two more times. A month after getting the windshield, a huge crack started down the center. I called LG and was told that Jeep's are just hard on windshields, which I imagine is true, but then she told me that this happens all the time and some people have said that another, tougher, brand of glass works better. I ran a ballpoint pen down the crack, as instructed, and noticed no indication that the crack was caused by a strike. This would mean it would be covered under warranty. LG sent out an installer who said it was caused by a strike, even though there was no proof by their own standard. They offered to replace it again for a slightly lower cost. I told them I couldn't afford to have a new windshield installed EVERY month for $300. This is the nicest shop I'll never use again. In short, my windshield last for NINE YEARS and then was replaced by Lawrence Glass and lasted ONE MONTH. Very disappointing.
