Noticed AutoZone on the left side went to go all the way over to the turnaround and she stopped running in the middle of the turnaround. Figures it's the first snowfall and I've got flips on :-) Put my flashers on waived the cars around me and then open My Hood. Checked my reservoir and I had absolutely zero fluid. Ironically refilled it the other day because I noticed the temperature was going down. I had two bottles of water in my car they called AutoZone just to check and see if I could pour it into the reservoir without cracking the block. Michelle who answered the phone at AutoZone didn't recommend it based on the 32 degrees temperature outside. She asked me where I was located and I informed her I was about a half a mile down the road. About 20 minutes later a pickup truck pulled in behind me and I was waiting him around when he got out and it was Louay from the AutoZone. He brought a a gallon of antifreeze for my reservoir. After a few minutes of waiting I started the car and she started. Completed the turnaround and drove over to AutoZone to pay them for the antifreeze coolant. Definitely will be sending kudos to AutoZone corporate. I didn't request assistance Michelle said she was worried because it was cold and I was stuck in the middle of a big beaver. Can we say exemplary customer service !!there off the charts!!. Time to pay it forward :-)

They only carry chemical guys products, which get top reviews on Amazon. This place is a franchise, evidently they have a ton of them on the west coast. So I came in here after a friend who is a cousin of the owner told me about this place, after I mentioned that I use chemical guys products. This place is like a dream come true for me, I didn't want to leave. I came in because I was polishing my car and wasn't getting the results I wanted, and the person there told me I needed the right polishing pad for the right polish. He sold me some and boy was he right! What a difference it made, my car looked so much better and virtually scratch free. I used a dual action polisher which did all the work, a clay bar first and 5 different polishes, tipped of a with jet seal paint sealant. Don't pay your dealer $$$ to seal your paint, buy it here and do it yourself. They really do have everything you need and didn't know you needed.
