Extremely disappointed with my experience at this O'Reilly location. I went into the store simply…read moreto have my battery tested because I was having an issue with my 2013 Mercedes-Benz S550. I was not asking them to replace my battery or perform any major work. During the battery testing process, part of my battery/connection was damaged. When I brought the issue to their attention, the staff and manager did not want to take responsibility or even acknowledge that they may have caused the damage. Even worse, the manager directly accused me of lying about the situation and what had happened to my vehicle. I found that extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of trying to inspect the problem and help resolve it, I was essentially told to stay out of the store and contact corporate. What started as a simple request to test my battery turned into a much bigger problem. My vehicle ended up with absolutely no power -- no lights, no electronics, and I couldn't even lock the car. I did exactly what I was told and contacted corporate, but unfortunately they were not much help either. I was basically told that they could address the one cable that was damaged, but that the rest of the problem was my responsibility. That is extremely frustrating considering I came into the store for a simple battery test and left with a much bigger issue. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a business handles them. Instead of taking the situation seriously, investigating what happened, and working with me toward a solution, I was accused of lying, told to stay out of the store, and then sent to corporate. Corporate ultimately did not provide a solution for the full problem either. Very poor customer service from both the store and corporate. I came in for a simple battery test and ended up dealing with a damaged connection, a vehicle with no power, being accused of lying, and being left responsible for the rest of the problem. This was an extremely frustrating experience.

They are very friendly and helpful to customers. Change two battery here in ten years.read more

Noticed AutoZone on the left side went to go all the way over to the turnaround and she stopped running in the middle of the turnaround. Figures it's the first snowfall and I've got flips on :-) Put my flashers on waived the cars around me and then open My Hood. Checked my reservoir and I had absolutely zero fluid. Ironically refilled it the other day because I noticed the temperature was going down. I had two bottles of water in my car they called AutoZone just to check and see if I could pour it into the reservoir without cracking the block. Michelle who answered the phone at AutoZone didn't recommend it based on the 32 degrees temperature outside. She asked me where I was located and I informed her I was about a half a mile down the road. About 20 minutes later a pickup truck pulled in behind me and I was waiting him around when he got out and it was Louay from the AutoZone. He brought a a gallon of antifreeze for my reservoir. After a few minutes of waiting I started the car and she started. Completed the turnaround and drove over to AutoZone to pay them for the antifreeze coolant. Definitely will be sending kudos to AutoZone corporate. I didn't request assistance Michelle said she was worried because it was cold and I was stuck in the middle of a big beaver. Can we say exemplary customer service !!there off the charts!!. Time to pay it forward :-)

GET IN THE ZONE, AUTOZONE!…read more ok, now that I have *that* out of the way, let me tell you about how I ended up here for a new car battery! I knew it was time for a new battery since it's been 3 years and my car was telling me to replace it or get stranded. Having been stranded with a dead battery before, I had no interest in doing *that* again, so I took the bull by the horn and replace it proactively. I called a total of three different places (including Auto Zone) to get an idea of what the price and turn around time was on getting this done. I was quoted as high as $660 for a new car battery! (yikes!) So, my friend suggested calling Auto Zone and see what they had to offer. I spoke with what ended up being the manager at the store when I called here and he was super friendly and nice. I told him my situation and that I needed a reliable battery (not the cheap kind) for my Jeep and he said he could help. He ran my information through the computer over the phone and told me exactly what I needed. He said he had two batteries in stock and that he wasn't super busy at the moment and to come in when I was ready. He was kind enough to even put one aside! I did some research and indeed, it was good and reliable battery for my car. They even did a free install for me in the parking lot! When I walked into the store there were three staff members who were busy helping other people who were also buying batteries for their cars as well. (Tis the season for battery replacement, I guess.) The gentleman who helped me was like "oh, you must be Amy, right? Glad to see you!" I pointed out my car and he mentioned "I could tell by your car and speaking with you over the phone that it had to be you!" Anyway, I paid for the battery for a grand total of $285. It was done quickly, mostly because the store wasn't super busy at the time. If there was an influx of people it would've taken longer then what I experienced, FYI. Anyway, I'm glad I went here and the car runs great. I mean it ran fine before but it sounds better due to me man handling the battery situation. I would gladly return in the future for other similar items in the future. Thank you Auto Zone, you saved me a TON of money and from being randomly stranded in the future!

Easy to find, great parking lot, super helpful staff. They accepted his exchange even though the package was opened (exchanged it for a previously opened package; must be an easily confused headlight!) and the transaction was swift. The fellow at the counter was friendly, helpful and very nice to talk to. It was a fun "car wrenching" memory with my brother and that doesn't happen very often. Thanks, Auto Zone!!
