Noticed AutoZone on the left side went to go all the way over to the turnaround and she stopped running in the middle of the turnaround. Figures it's the first snowfall and I've got flips on :-) Put my flashers on waived the cars around me and then open My Hood. Checked my reservoir and I had absolutely zero fluid. Ironically refilled it the other day because I noticed the temperature was going down. I had two bottles of water in my car they called AutoZone just to check and see if I could pour it into the reservoir without cracking the block. Michelle who answered the phone at AutoZone didn't recommend it based on the 32 degrees temperature outside. She asked me where I was located and I informed her I was about a half a mile down the road. About 20 minutes later a pickup truck pulled in behind me and I was waiting him around when he got out and it was Louay from the AutoZone. He brought a a gallon of antifreeze for my reservoir. After a few minutes of waiting I started the car and she started. Completed the turnaround and drove over to AutoZone to pay them for the antifreeze coolant. Definitely will be sending kudos to AutoZone corporate. I didn't request assistance Michelle said she was worried because it was cold and I was stuck in the middle of a big beaver. Can we say exemplary customer service !!there off the charts!!. Time to pay it forward :-)

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this O'Reilly location. I went into the store simply…read moreto have my battery tested because I was having an issue with my 2013 Mercedes-Benz S550. I was not asking them to replace my battery or perform any major work. During the battery testing process, part of my battery/connection was damaged. When I brought the issue to their attention, the staff and manager did not want to take responsibility or even acknowledge that they may have caused the damage. Even worse, the manager directly accused me of lying about the situation and what had happened to my vehicle. I found that extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of trying to inspect the problem and help resolve it, I was essentially told to stay out of the store and contact corporate. What started as a simple request to test my battery turned into a much bigger problem. My vehicle ended up with absolutely no power -- no lights, no electronics, and I couldn't even lock the car. I did exactly what I was told and contacted corporate, but unfortunately they were not much help either. I was basically told that they could address the one cable that was damaged, but that the rest of the problem was my responsibility. That is extremely frustrating considering I came into the store for a simple battery test and left with a much bigger issue. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a business handles them. Instead of taking the situation seriously, investigating what happened, and working with me toward a solution, I was accused of lying, told to stay out of the store, and then sent to corporate. Corporate ultimately did not provide a solution for the full problem either. Very poor customer service from both the store and corporate. I came in for a simple battery test and ended up dealing with a damaged connection, a vehicle with no power, being accused of lying, and being left responsible for the rest of the problem. This was an extremely frustrating experience.

They AVOID you…read more.... Have had fitment issues with these exhaust manifolds since the first week, replaced the gaskets twice and even went as far as chasing threads and replacing the hardware. All torque specs used were from the IHI service manual from day 1. Throughout all of this I have tried multiple times over the span of 9 months to reach out to MMI Speed Shop to no avail. This is a disgustingly misleading business that only understands profit and dishonesty. I would absolutely NOT suggest anyone purchase from this business, I lost $250 and I am confident you will lose on your investment too.

The kit came with everything you'll need for the install including every clamp, hump hose, spark plug wire, fitting, line, brackets and gaskets. We had a minor hick-up on the order and MMI resolved it without issue, very quickly. This type of response is important and why I'll be back. I've not started the install yet so I can't speak to the fitment and overall performance of the system. Once the install is complete I'll provide an update. I'm confident the will continue to exceed my expectations. Thanks and great job MMI.
