Disgusted wouldn't even come close to how I felt taking my car to this establishment…read more When I first booked an appointment, I was informed that the service would cost roughly 200, which I was fine with. On 7/10, I call and check to see when would I likely receive my car back from service and I was informed by Mark, one of the service workers, that I didn't in fact have an appointment. I then proceed to talk to Will, the service manager, and he then tells me I actually had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday. I then request a confirmation of an appointment and they apparently don't have a way of confirming appointments? I get called on Tuesday and was informed that the 200 dollar fee was now close to 600. I was not informed about that when I initially scheduled the appointment, and was baffled that at no point in time was I informed of the complete cost of the service. I spoke with my friend Will again and his only solution was to take the new part out and put the old, failed part in. The final straw came when I went to go pick up my car. I had requested that after the servicing, to have my car locked with the key inside. I get there and, as pictured, my key was clearly visible, and the doors were NOT locked. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this "Fine" establishment.

Was never acknowledged or asked if I needed help. After they went to other customers that came in after me, I asked why I wasnt being helped. Was told" I needed to get in line at the other registers", yet there was an order pickup desk and NOBODY asked if I needed help, even though I was standing right next to the guy at the registers. COMPLETE lack of customer service and NO REASON to order online for easier pickup as you are ignored and no designated customer service for that. I was…read morequoted $2,580.60 for brake kits, a front arm, tire monitor sensors, leak repair, and an oil change. While those items were done, many of my original concerns were ignored or only briefly looked at. Right after picking it up, my ABS and Traction Control lights came on. Within days the check engine light appeared as well. I had to bring the car back four or five times in just two months for the same problem, and every time I was told it was "fixed" -- only for the lights to return. I also asked them to fix a scraping plastic piece under my front bumper, which they promised to handle but never touched. To make matters worse, the check engine light came back on the same day I noticed the bumper issue was ignored. The lack of communication and accountability was unacceptable. I was rarely given updates, felt dismissed rather than taken seriously, and was left without reliable transportation while my car sat in their shop. After repeated failures, poor customer service, and wasted time and money, I have lost all trust in Tecumseh Tire Exchange. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and cannot recommend their services.

When leaving I noticed the TPMS system warning light was on and wouldn't reset. Checked the tire pressure on the tire and it was 40 instead of 35. Pretty stingy place to look for a vehicle,…read more I inquired on carfax.com about a 2025 Jeep Gladiator Mojave, later that day I was called by unfortunately later to find out an absolutely awful salesman by the name of Steve Myers. (I feel awful for anyone who has to work with this egotistical sore loser) I asked over the phone if the vehicles price is negotiable and if I could toss in an offer, he stated how the dealership is a volume dealer and their prices are put "aggressively" which didn't ultimately answer the question but I didn't think much of it and tossed in an offer. Few hours later I was told that the vehicles price is firm, to which I responded by saying "Okay, let me know if anything changes", he tried to justify the price by sending me a data analysis report of similar spec to spec vehicles within a 300 mile radius of the dealership, his vehicle was ranked 3rd for best price in the market, I asked him "where's the location of the first two" to which he claims that locations are not given. After doing not even 10 minutes of digging, I found both. 2 days later, he messages me saying "I saw it." In my response to me seeing the vehicle he failed to provide me information on. Cool I guess? 4 days later, he sends me the listing again and he drops the vehicles price by about $200-300-ish. I told him to delete all my information as I'll be looking for other options in the market since I wasn't too fond of his tone from the start, he states my offer "was not exceptionally fair" to which I show him a better vehicle in the market with a lower price than his AND lower miles than his. His response? "Go buy it." What a ways to go for a salesman Anyways, spend your hard earned money elsewhere if you're looking for a vehicle, this place does NOT deserve your business.
