Few weeks after, a light for AWD displayed on my dash. I took it to East Cost Honda and they told me Advance did not sell me differential fluid they sold me gear fluid. Honda had to flush out my vehicle and in result of that caused damages few hundred dollars worth. Cameron was not the best to work with and only provided at par service with the situation. Graham Brewer wasn't helpful either. Unfortunately, I had to get my attorney involved because Cameron lied about sending me a check for the damages and other things such as lost time from work ect... This evening I pulled into the parking lot in need of front wiper blades. There were 2 gentlemen…read moreinside behind the counter at approximately 8:30pm. One was sitting on a stool as the other was occupied leaning against a parts shelf. I said hello and stated what I had come in for. Stool guy asked for make and model of my SUV, he then told me the size I needed and pointed to aisle 4 to the left. He never got up. He didn't offer to help me find them. Nothing. There were three different types of Bosch blades, so I picked up all three and took them to the counter. At this time stool Man was on the phone. The shelf leaner stayed stuck to the shelf (in case it fell over?) and as I put the blades on the counter, I asked him if he could explain to me what the difference was in the three types because there was a $10 difference in the cost of the blades and I wanted to know which of the better ones I should get. He looked at me and he said, without moving, "The connection type". That was it. Nothing else. I asked what type of connection I needed and without moving away from the shelf he just looked at me like I was an idiot. As far as wiper blades go, maybe I am an idiot, but I don't work there. So I just said never mind left the blades on the counter and walked away. As I was headed toward the exit, Stool Man had gotten off of the phone and said "ma'am, did you need any help?" (and he's still seated on his stool throne) I said "no thanks." And I left and arrived less than a minute later to AutoZone where I purchased wipers after being greeted and assisted with finding the proper wipers. Installed too! I purchased many things over the years at O'Reillys and I've always been satisfied and treated well there but not today and I don't think I'll be back.
