The local Harley dealer installed the custom exhaust on our Street Bob and we were having a problem with the chrome pitting. We were at the Hog Shoppe one day and asked Bo what he thought about it. The car had less than 10,000 miles on it, so this situation was already frustrating enough. What made it even worse was the terrible experience with this service department. My car stayed at the dealership for an entire month, and when I finally got it back, I discovered that several parts/components were missing from the vehicle. Instead of taking responsibility or investigating the issue professionally, the staff denied everything and refused to admit that the missing parts could have happened while the car was in their possession. The customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff had a rude attitude, lacked professionalism, and showed no concern for the inconvenience and stress they caused. I trusted this dealership to repair my car properly, but instead I got poor service, terrible communication, and an unresolved issue. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Be very careful before leaving your vehicle here.
