Although we weren't quite ready yet to sign a lease during that first visit, Paul patiently listened to what we desired in a vehicle, expertly shared his product knowledge with us, and worked hard to outline possible options for a lease deal that would fit our budget. He also gave us a tour of the well-appointed service department and the dealership, and took us on a test drive of a Subaru Crosstrek. Paul's professionalism, excellent communication skills and his non-pushy sales approach prompted us to return (without hesitation) to Grand Prix Subuaru a few weeks later to sign a lease deal. We also are grateful for the time and patience Business Manager Jose Pineda took to explain all the fine details involved with leasing a vehicle as it was a new concept to us. While I initially brought my car in for a routine oil and oil filter change, after mentioning to her a possible problem with my front end suspension bushings, she decided to hold onto my car to look into the matter, particularly since my extended warranty was within miles of expiring ......she was kind enough to arrange for a loaner which I held onto for almost one week. What I initally thought would be a conventional oil change morphed into warranty service for several leaking areas of my transmission and the repalcement of the front end bushings.....Megan was most informative and communicated with me thoughout the process.....she arranged for all the work to be covered under my extended warranty.....Once I picked up my car, I was fortunate enough to meet the general manager , Mike Volonakis who diercted me the finance dept, where Jose arranged for another exended warranty for my 2021 Crosstrek......as was the case with Megan, the service and attention provided by Mike V and by Jose was exceptional........ I visited All Out Motorworks regarding a knocking sound coming from my vehicle. Employee stated that they would take the belt off. If knocking sound = engine/motor. If no knocking sound = belt. I was told that my belt and belt tensioner needed replacing. Everything came out to $500. Less than a week later, my vehicle went limp mode while driving and had to be towed to my usual shop. Battery test didn't register a start. My mechanic stated that whoever replaced the belt, dented the side of my BRAND NEW alternator and tore the belt to shreds. On top of it, the radiator was damaged. I have had to replace the alternator twice since then. I've had three alternator replacements in a month. It has only been two weeks since All Out Motorworks "fixed" my vehicle. My vehicle is ruined and currently in the market for financing a new one. I've written this off as a loss and want nothing to do with this shop. They are not honest people. The Valvoline across the street stated that they are expensive and not a good choice, but a desperate choice. Do not visit this shop.
