I haven't been to a dealership in so many years I can't remember the last time but today I know…read morewhy! Took our Honda CR-V in for a recall on the passenger side air bag inflator. While they had it they did a multipoint inspection on it and Surprise, Surprise, Surprise as Gomer Pyle would say, found multiple things "wrong" with it to the tune of $922 in parts and labor including telling us the transmission fluid was brown and needed servicing. My wife said "Really? My husband just serviced the transmission less than a month ago" and at that point the service advisor started back peddling saying maybe it just looked that way because of the lighting! LMFAO!! I knew it was coming, as soon as we turned them down for the repairs, the high-pressure sales pitch started. Nothing will turn me off faster or lose my business quicker than someone pressuring me to buy something once I have already told them NO! Besides everything on the list IF it needed to be done I or my mechanic could have done it for a fraction of the price that Hendrick Honda wanted to charge to do it. Plus now we are getting letters in the mail at least once a week reminding us that "we need to schedule an appointment for our urgently needed repairs" I wonder how long we are going to continue to get these letters before they finally realize that we are not bringing the car back there ever again for any reason! I pulled the transmission dipstick after we got home and that was the reddest "brown" transmission fluid I have ever seen!! These dealerships will flat out lie to your face to try and make a buck. I may have been born at night, but not last night! Two stars only because the service advisor did reset our radio theft security code and set the time without charging us which shocked the hell out of me!

Both were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure she felt comfortable and confident with her decision. As a parent, I really appreciated how supportive and respectful they were...no pressure, just great service. Highly recommend this dealership, and definitely ask for Vince and Art if you're looking for a smooth car-buying experience.

The car we bought was spotless and detailed very nicely. The showroom and parking lot is clean and inviting. Lots of really nice cars in there. The day we visited they had the grand opening of the diecast store inside. That place is cool. Many, many great diecast vehicles and other machines. It's a neat tie-in that is logical for the car dealer. Why not five stars? Because though we were assured that the car had been looked at closely and driven on the highway, we noticed a sound while driving it home. That didn't show up during the round the block test drive. Perhaps if that test drive had turned left we would have noticed. There was a small issue with some of the fender liner on the front passenger wheel-well that would only touch the tire when high-speed air forced it back onto the tire or during a heavy left turn. I've fixed the issue, and I'm grateful that it wasn't major because I had already bought the car as-is. It's a reminder that we need to be hyper-detailed when looking at/driving cars, either in-person or remotely.

The sales person was helpful at that point. I requested an inspection and the salesperson suggested we come up with an agreed price first. I was ok with this. We talked over the phone and I offered 32500 for a vehicle listed at 33500 which is more than fair. The sales person said "why that amount" or something to that effect and I responded and said "because thats what I want to pay right now". He said "well I'm sure you'd want to pay 20k" and laughed. Then he claimed I owed sales tax even though I told him I live in a tax free state. We went back and forth over text and I told this person it was rude. I asked for the manager. He called me and tried to make it right. He was overall very nice but something stuck out to me. I asked for a best price and he sent me the exact price on the site with a dealer fee. No discount whatsoever and backed it up with the work they did to the truck prior to the sale and the fact that they are a "non negotiable dealership". Thats very strange to me. They arent Carmax nor do they have have it listed on their site about this. I still wanted the truck but this whole experience sat with me and im not spending a dime of my money towards a dealership who employs rude people as the manager said "hes young and hes said things before" and doesnt want to budge at all on their price after a fair offer was made. I thought others may want to read about my experience when ready to spend cash and buy a vehicle at almost the listed price.

I was looking to buy a new car and chanced upon this dealership on Edmunds. From my first contact,…read moreMatt Church remained an extremely responsive, well communicating sales person. I had sent a request for information after work on Friday. Even at 730pm on a Friday, Matt called and confirmed the inventory. The next morning, Matt sent me pictures of the car over text, and once I told him the time I'd be there, he was promptly waiting in the car to take me for a test drive. No "upsell" pressure to try sell me a higher trim - he explained some of the newer features of the car and was helpful. Matt had already communicated the price and was on-point with it - very upfront - no last minute "here's an add-on that will cost ya..". The thing that no one really enjoys at a dealer is having to negotiate and haggle especially after a price has been communicated, and this dealership was pleasant experience. The finance team with Allen Queen was also very efficient. The "document signing" tablet is really cool and was easy to see and read what I was signing. They also found a very good financing offer. From start to end, the whole process took just over 2 hours. They multi tasked and set up the Hyundai blue-link even as I was signing some paperwork and everything was good to go efficiently, but at no point was I rushed or hurried - just efficient. All in all, a great experience thanks to Matt & Allen.
