I checked but the oil was still dark after they said they drained all the oil but they did not. They had used a power wrench to take a part off that had nothing to do with changing the oil. I asked why and the employee could not give me a satisfactory answer. When I left a lot of the oil leaked out, there was a puddle under my car. I returned and the explanation they gave me was that "things happen". I said that this is a new car and it should be easy, so why did it happen? Again there was no satisfactory answer, but the employee added 1 quart of oil and I left. It was still leaking as I was parked less than a mile away and a puddle came out under the car. This time when I went back I was mad. The manager threatened me and I raised my voice to let them know they had to fix it. After they fixed it, this time, they added 1/2 quart of oil and it stopped leaking. I am going to a third-party to have the car checked and will hold owner Joe Roberts accountable if any permanent damage is found. To be continued...

One year ago I stopped by this shop for a leak repair on my classic car. Henry had me pull into his shop and repaired it instantly, what's more, he didn't charge me a dime. I returned today for a new exhaust to be bent in the same classic car. Henry was out sick, and Danny took car of the quote and the job. I experienced the same service and same care that Henry provided. All questions were answered concisely on how long it would take and how my car would be treated while there (inside only if overnight). There we no subjective "try" statements. The end result looks great, sounds good and fits great. My classic buick has a slight rumble at idle and is dead quiet at speed now, and things are flowing much better. Photos included. I highly recommend Danny, and Henry at Muffler Masters for ant exhaust needs. Thanks Henry.
