I came in this visit to grab some sealant for a project and knew what I was looking for until I arrived at the Aisle and quickly realized there was way more options than I had anticipated and while I knew what project we were going to use it for it was for some 3d printed materials not auto parts therefore the packaging wasn't going to be much help. I pulled out my phone and called husband to ask what I actually was sent to get when someone approached asking if they could help I told husband I would call him back if I needed more help and the guy told me to ask specifically what it was for before I hung up the phone. I explained to him our purpose and he explained the different colors purpose and his personal experience and so I settled on one and then bought a different one too just in case. When we got to register he said he and his family thanked me and my husband for his service, in probably the most sincere way I've ever heard. Customer service like this doesn't exist anymore, I will gladly drive across town to go to this location from here on out. I wish I had done my review quicker to include the workers name as I had attended as its people like him who will keep loyal customers coming back.

She walked in fully prepared, with the dipstick and the exact part number in hand. Max, the counter salesperson, told her he "didn't feel like helping her" and sent her away without even attempting to look it up. When I called to follow up, Max challenged me to "call corporate" and insisted he doesn't take parts off cars. I explained again that the dipstick was literally in her hand with the correct part number, and he still dismissed it, laughed, and repeated that I should call corporate. When he said he doesn't take parts off cars, I asked about batteries, and he added that they only help with the parts they feel like doing. If a salesperson can't value their customers--regardless of age or gender--then they don't deserve our business. I won't spend another dime here. Advance Auto and other stores consistently go out of their way to help, while this location has an employee who jokes around and refuses to assist a young girl simply because he "doesn't feel like it." Their warranty service is seamless and they don't usually tell you no if you have a problem. I will happily use this place for service, and am glad to recommend them to anyone looking for a car and a place to maintain it. Be warned you're paying for a dealer grade oil change and it will be 20-30% higher than AAA, but you're getting manufacturer approved materials and dealer trained techs. I also had a coolant leak that did not seem to be getting worse with time, but those types of things need to be evaluated and repaired. So, I called a number of shops and Trojan was able to get me in the day I called. Two exact matching tires, alignment, water pump & coolant change, with an original rear strut that broke loose replacement later, I was on the road. Trojan gave me a ride home while they worked on Rhonda (that's my car) and my wife gave me a ride back to Trojan Auto Care after I received a phone call telling me the issues were repaired. Their prices were a little elevated than the old country mechanic I had used in the past, but my old country mechanic never returned my call.

All you have to do is do your research on the parts you're looking for and what year/make/model will be compatible, ask the nice men/women at the front desk if they have any of those vehicles in their yard, and they can point you in the direction of where it will be. The vehicles are separated(by trucks/foriegns/regular cars like honda acura and toyota) in different areas so it's easy to know what your options are, the cars labeled with year make and model on the side so you dont have to go searching, and the prices are dirt cheap compared to most other places. Might wanna bring a mat to lay on if you need to get under a car bc its all gravel and, to be fair, its a junk yard so theres glass and stuff too. Overall, great junkyard, never had a bad experience and I've been countless times. Staff is friendly, and the inside facility is usually kept pretty clean for the amount of traffic and gunk it sees. Happy hunting for parts!
