I go back to the counter. He said he has the right one. The other computer is wrong. He asks for receipt. I don't have it. I brought the credit card in. I go back out to look for it. Go back in, tell him I am in a bit of a hurry. He writes something and leaves. I go after him. Asking what about the exchange, where are you going? He puts the right one on. Said the price difference was a few cents. Never felt slighted at his store before. Don't expect to go back there anytime soon. No communication skills at all. Very disappointed.

Kevin came out and did cut the cost down for him after I told the hateful lady to take them off. Beware of this place! They are shady and will charge additional to what they quote you! The owner reached out a few days later saying they did charge him $125 to put on his new running boards and they had to cut his old ones off which caused the added charge lol. Guess they charged $276 to cut old ones off. Who knows. The story changed with these people from the day of service to current. Very shady business!!!! I'd look elsewhere.
