Jeez. Where do I even start! If I could leave zero stars zero out of 10, don't go I would!!…read more I came in, knowing I needed tires, an alignment and possibly a tire rod replaced. Fast forward I come in. I get all four tires replaced and alignment done brakes rotors all totaled up to 1200. Okay stay with me now a week later I'm having these awful squealing grinding sounds in what seems like my brake pads, I call because I drive a lot. My car is mainly highway miles. I travel for my job. I am driving to Columbus every single weekend!! I call and asked to bring the car in. They tell me to bring it in and they'll check on it. I'm pretty sure whatever dude owner that works there proceeds to hop in my car without me and drive off, he's gone for about every bit of 10 minutes and when he pulls back up, I can smell this awful burning smell almost like a burning metal and I even at one point cracked a joke and said dang did you take the car somewhere and fix it real quick? Everyone there proceeds to make me seem like I'm crazy and act like I'm not hearing anything and whatever he did only got me five minutes down the road before it was 10 times worse than what it sounded like! (pretty sure he sprayed it with some type of break grease or something because he continued to also say we can just spray it with some spray and the squealing will go away) to then to tell me that they are aftermarket brakes and that I should've confirmed if I wanted dealer or aftermarket when that was never even an option! So after me cussing everyone out and pulling back up to show them what I'm hearing, they proceed to make another appointment the next day to then order dealer brakes, and who knows if those even got put on. Fast forward to today I go to get an oil change and they proceeded to tell me that all four tires are excessively overfilled! I definitely will never be going back to this place if I could give the most negative review possible I would! I even seen a few negative reviews about break issues and I still gave them the benefit of doubt && trusted this place and went. The whole Atmosphere is nothing but cheap and money hungry!! 100000000/10 DONT RECOMMEND!!

Sure, they're more than what you'd pay at say, Walmart, but you get what you pay for. They always do a great job. I've never had a tire fly off the car or anything after leaving (which has happened with other places). My only beef is that recently, it seems they every time we go, they've started trying to sell us more services or products than what we came for. They didn't used to do that. Maybe times are hard, or something, but it rubs me the wrong way. Otherwise, they do an excellent job and are always very nice folks to work with.

His name is Chum and he was very polite with excellent customer interaction. Although it's very small there is a tiny waiting area with two comfortable chairs and there's a restroom. Jiffy Lube prices have gone up a lot since the last time I visited one. Chum found a way to get me a discount. The higher priced synthetic oil options were offered but no hard sell tactics. This location has no vacuum so they can't do everything on the list of what's supposed to be included, though the window cleaning was done. I'm told they've been trying in vain to have one provided. The location is owned by a franchise called "Indiana Jiffy Lube" which tells me this poor little Ohio cousin doesn't get much attention. But it's fast and friendly and you'll leave with a happy road trip ready car.

They said yes, I was quoted $80, and the person on the phone looked up the model and told me it had electronic steering but that wouldn't affect the cost. When the alignment was completed, I was told the bill was $120. 50% MORE THAN THE QUOTE! When I said I was quoted $80, he said my vehicle has electronic steering so that's more. When I said "you guys knew that when you quoted me a price", he said "'well '08 was a transition year" and not all had that steering. That's simply not true (they obviously don't know Land Rover/Range Rover), as all '08 Range Rovers have the same steering system......... and the electronics only affect how easy it is to turn the wheel at different speeds. We had some bad weather and he stated that they needed until Wednesday to complete the job. I paid him $40 for diagnostics and then $150 for the tow. Then sent $550 for parts. I also got a rental for 5 days through budget rent a car which cost me 500$ Wednesday came and it wasn't done. He said it would be done Thursday. I got the rental another day. Another $68 and $15 extension fee. Friday came and he said it's still not done. So after a week I have paid over 1k and it's not done. He promised it would be done the following Tuesday by 8pm. I returned rental that morning. At 9pm when he didn't show up he texted that he was done but there was still an oil leak. WHAT!!!!! He said he had parts and needed until Monday. Monday morning I asked him if it was going to be completed as promised and he said no. He needed til Wednesday. So 13 days he has had my car and it's in the same condition. I just had enough and sent a tow truck to their shop to get my car. When tow truck arrived it was at someone's house. They told me it was a mechanic shop. It's a random house on a sketchy neighborhood and my car sitting in front untouched with snow covering it still. He misled me as he had a shop. He just paid google bc he was the first to pop up. I trusted him and he lied several times. I am now at a mechanic shop hats legit and have had to get ANOTHER rental car for the week. This guy has lied and set me back almost 1500 and my car is in the same condition as it was 13 days ago. Do not trust him

Nightmare experience…read more Went to fix low battery charge and air-conditioning problems. When picking up the car after having paid the repair, I noticed that a red warning light on the dashboard was glaringly on. Went back to discuss with the manager. He flatly said that the light was on when they first moved the car into the workshop. He hooked up the car with an electronic device and told me there were a bunch of problems, including a malfunctioning electronic thermostat. Largely the car was not safe to drive. They charged me $42 for checking. Fixing the thermostat would be a $500 plus job. Took the car home. Fining out the battery was still not charging properly a few days later. Went back to ask them to re-fix the problem they should have fixed before. The manager was not there but they could charge the battery overnight. When I picked up the car, they handed me another bill for charging the battery. They were pretty mad after I refused to pay. Got into the car, the red warning light was off. Apparently, the red warning light was triggered during the repair - most likely when the battery became critically low. Went back again to ask them to fix the battery charge problem. They rudely refused. They told me that the battery charge problem was due to the other problems I had and they recommended to go to see a dealer. I let them know there were no other problems. The red warning light was due to low battery charge. The other problems were their misdiagnosis. Days later, the air-conditioner stopped working as well. All in all, I spent about $400 to have loads of headaches and none of the problems fixed.
