Not a whole lot to say about this location, but categorically:
Location: 4 out of 5
About 10 minutes away from where I work, so when I am in need of parts that need to be installed, I can order right before lunch and drive over. There are a number of restaurants and other businesses around in the area in case you get bored. Notably, there's also a Firestone Auto Repair RIGHT NEXT DOOR. I have no idea what Firestone's policy is on bringing in your own parts, but if they do allow you to bring in your own parts and just install them at the shop rate, well you're in luck, now aren't you?
Customer Service: 4.5 out of 5
When I ordered my part today online, I already knew what I needed and wanted (a power window motor with regulator), and their online ordering system made things pretty simple: punched in my vehicle, selected the part, got the confirmation of "this is a direct fit!" and then got an e-mail a few moments later. Upon entering the store, the two gentlemen that were working were friendly and one of them just happened to be walking up with my part (probably cause he heard me come in and say, "I have a part waiting for me." An added bonus is that they basically let you use whatever they have on a tool cart, which I took advantage of since I just got a license plate for my new-to-me vehicle.
Store Cleanliness: 4 out of 5
Auto parts stores tend to be very clean, most likely because people that come into auto parts stores aren't slouches, i.e., they knew what they need and want, and expect it to be arranged in a certain (clean) way. This store was no exception.
Value: 4 out of 5
Pricing was commensurate with any other supplier (Carquest, who is affiliated with them, Napa, etc.) They're running a special right now where you can get 15% basically everything via online ordering, plus a coupon for 25$ off to be e-mailed at around Christmas that can be used on a future purchase of 50$ or more.
Overall: 4 out of 5
Quick and easy to deal with. Will return when I need additional parts for either of my cars. read more
