That darn light came on today and the first thing I could do is panic and think about the cost to fix. He took a diagnostic device outside to my car and hooked it underneath the dash and low and behold... He pulled my code from the car and told me exactly what I needed to do. I visited this store twice in July and August 2026, and both times I had an appointment. On each occasion, I waited approximately 30 minutes before I could speak with someone about the service I needed. Although someone checked me in after about 10 minutes, I still waited another 30 minutes before my appointment actually began. This is unacceptable, particularly when customers have scheduled appointments. During my most recent visit, I brought in my 2024 Chevy Silverado, which has only 25,000 miles, because there was a nail in the middle of the tire tread. I was told that the tire could not be repaired because the tires were "bald." This was simply not accurate. The tires were not bald and were in reasonable condition. I was also given the impression that the primary reason they were unwilling to repair the tire was that I had not purchased the tires from Discount Tire. These are the original OEM tires that came with the vehicle when I purchased it, so I found that explanation particularly disappointing given my long history of purchasing tires and receiving service from Discount Tire. I would leave a no-star review if possible!
