It was raining. It was cold. Walker was closed when I arrived, late by about 10 minutes. An employee walked out, laughing and joking with another who was locking the front door. I asked if they still couldn't help. Dude fixed the blades in a tshirt in the freezing rain. A little leverage and plenty of kindness and concern for the fact that I had destroyed wipers in a rainstorm, they took care of me solid here.
