Since I was near this particular Auto Zone location, I called them first to see if they were open and if they would test the battery out for me. I also asked if they would replace it as well since I knew my battery was old and would have needed to be replaced anyway. They informed me that they would test the battery for free and install a replacement as well with no installation costs. When I showed up, I was greeted by Carlos at the register. He was extremely courteous. He agreed to test my battery right away, and on testing it showed me that my battery needed to be replaced. He then located a new battery inside the store and then replaced it for me as well. All of this happened in very little time, and Carlos was very pleasant throughout. I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience and final result on a Sunday evening with a busy workweek ahead.

I found some and then went to the counter to ask for help. The man at the counter called for Ravi Jones to help me. Ravi was amazing! He then proceeded to place the proper parts and fix my engine shield cover. You do not get that kind of kindness and customer service anymore. I am so grateful for Ravi and hope his company realizes what a gem they have in him!

I…read morewent into the class with absolutely zero experience and I was both a little scared and intimidated to start learning. The course itself was incredibly structured with an informative ecourse section, interactive exercises, and even time for community building with our group. My instructors, Liz and Jim along with the other staff members, were all incredible. They provided thoughtful feedback, hands-on advice, and they were both extremely patient with my skill level. These instructors made me feel welcome in a new environment and you could tell their main priority was clearly safety, while also focusing on making a fun and productive environment to learn in. They all communicated advice and rules very clearly and they brought a warm thoughtful energy to each and every lesson. I felt more welcomed and cared for here than I do in many of my classes at school, at I must commend these instructors for their incredible teaching ability along with their patient and welcoming attitudes, thank you Raging Bull Harley Davidson for a great experience!!

DO NOT go to their location at 2821 Capital Boulevard in Raleigh…read more After an initial estimate for car body repair, they told me to come back for the work to start in two weeks. After the car had been at their location for over 2 weeks, I was informed that the repair work had not even started. The manager on duty was not helpful, with a "Tough luck" attitude, and blaming "supply line issues". I contacted their national help desk and was assured that their North Carolina- based management team would contact the location, and I received a phone message later that day from the local duty manager that " since (they) could not meet my needs" I should take the car to another business. Not only did they not do the work in a timely manner as was expected by me and my insurance provider, they refused to make good and complete the work.

The Uhaul website originally referred us to the Mellott Contractors' location in Carrboro, but I was really alarmed at the surplus of negative reviews, so I switched the reservation to this location on Vicker's Road. I couldn't have asked for a better transaction. The staff was super helpful and friendly; There was very little paperwork (wonderful), the truck was clean and drove great. The guy working that day made it clear what we were signing and was upfront about any hidden fees that we could be charged (i.e., fuel level, etc.), which I greatly appreciated. He also told us that, although we only rented the truck for 2 hours, we could bring it back any time (even after hours) without any extra charges. Their store was clean and new and the location was really convenient. This was definitely a 5 star business and I would highly recommend it to everyone!

When we asked why, we were originally told it was probably temporary, and to just wait and see. After a month of waiting, calling around and getting no more information, we were told that the storage facility we had reserved was full, and so were all the other nearby storage facilities. They finally moved them a little closer, but they are still an hour away, in a very inconvenient location. Had I known the facility was at capacity, we would have made other arrangements.

Oscar, the owner, gave me different…read morequotes for different scenarios to install a wireless multimedia receiver in a 2007 Toyota Highlander. My first visit was an inquiry and he shared several different priced systems he had in stock. He was perfectly willing to install a system if I could find what he had stocked cheaper online, which I did only because it was Black Friday. He explained everything I would potentially need and the price for each item so there wouldn't be any surprises. He was willing to text back and forth with me and weigh in on a system I found online to make sure it fit all the specs. I finally brought the system and my car in about 8 months later without an appointment. He again gave me quotes for different scenarios, let me know I might need other components since I have an older model vehicle. I have two speakers that need replacing (slight scratchiness). He quoted me for speakers and offered a discount. I agreed to do the speakers only if I didn't need the additional component. He installed the system immediately, was done in under an hour, and did not install the additional component because it was not needed. He also knew I was waffling on spending on the speakers, so he did not install them because he said they still had some life left in them. He could easily have made several more hundred dollars. I brought the car back a couple of days later because my Siri's voice on Maps would cut off just slightly before directions were finished. I was confident this was not an issue with the installation, but with my phone or they system. Oscar did not hesitate to do a few experiments and even agreed to ride around the neighborhood to see what happens. He patiently took the time to teach me how to navigate the system and my phone, which he did not have to do. I offered to buy him a pastry or drink from El Superior for his attentiveness and time helping me out, but he didn't take me up on it. (Bonus! El Superior is two doors down and you can go there for lunch or an awesome dessert while you wait). Oscar's English may sometimes be a little hard to understand, but he was always willing to repeat himself if I asked. He has a helper named Alex, who was very communicative, helpful and willing to provide additional explanations or clarifications when I needed it. I would not hesitate to recommend Yellow Car Audio to anyone!
