My husband scheduled to have one flat tire replaced today. The manager stated he was too busy to speak with my husband by phone so the rep who answered told us that they could replace all 4 tires or put the spare tire on the car. My husband asked them to put air back in the tire and stated that we would pick it up. When we arrived, the tire was still flat and clearly had not been moved since we dropped it off. They handed my husband his keys and said nothing else. We won't be returning due to their dishonesty and terrible customer service skills.

I drove up to Auto Zone in Rolesville. Walked in, explained what happened. The gentleman there was burying helpful. He said, lets go take a look. Popped the hood, saw the cracked hose, removed it for me, then went in and found me the new part. New hose was $3.14 incl tax. He walked back outside, installed new hose for me, taped it in and I was on my way! How many employees of any auto parts store would give such great customer service? Not many. Everyone was courteous from the moment I walked in. Also meaningful to me as a woman, for perhaps the first time, I never felt like someone was talking down to me in an auto store.
