I went to this location specifically because I had a coupon for an oil change. When I arrived, the…read morestaff refused to honor the coupon and told me they had already applied discounts, so they could not give any additional savings. The problem is that even after those so-called discounts, I was still charged $147.20 for an oil change service. If the coupon was not going to be accepted, that should have been made clear upfront. I feel the pricing was misleading, and the experience did not provide the value I expected. I left disappointed with both the customer service and the final bill. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
