I thought the time frame may help for management to know who was working this morning. Earlier, when cleaning snow off my windshield, I bumped my windshield wiper with my snow broom. The wiper blade broke and a part fell off. I saw a colleague at work too, clearing snow and asked him for help. He had a look and said the wiper was broken and I needed a new one. I ended up at Auto Zone right after this. The man that helped me was having a look at the part I brought in and then I also handed him a smaller piece that had come off. Immediately he took the small piece I gave him and he was able to connect it to the other piece. He said, you don't need a new wiper blade. He then walked me to my car and reattached the piece to the wiper part. I asked if I owned him any money for his help and he smiled and said no and to have a great day. I sure wish I had asked his name. I am very happy for the kind, helpful and courteous service that I received from the Fort Eddy Rd. location. His kindness and great customer service made my day. And he did not have to be honest. He could have easily sold me a new windshield wiper. Thanks for your honestly and great manners and outstanding customer service.

Went to O'Reilly today to buy a cabin and engine air filter. Talking with Chris in Concord, NH…read morelocation and he tested my alternator and battery. He gave me recommendations for a new battery and mentioned when I had the budget to replace it because its pretty much dead.... No pressure to purchase. So I picked the middle battery with a 3 year warranty and Chris installed it for me. 10 minutes from walking in the store to driving out of the parking lot. Great customer service!!
