I have done business with this company before and they have never let me down. When I got here, my parts were ready. I was hoping for a copy on the Hanyes manual but they were out of stock... okay. I still can do this, that's why we got Internet! So Bob was my man, he say me coming and had my pile ready. Even said I would need brake cleaner, and he wasn't up-selling me... that gross stuff came in handy! He showed me in the book some of the key things to watch for and the headache you got to deal with 4times... he wasn't kidding, I'm surprised I didn't loose an eye during that fiasco! (My car was definitely made in China by an octopus with little hands!) Bob was great.... he's your man even though he's normally the delivery driver. I gave him a run when I asked for my BF commercial account discount... out of state of course! He did it and was a good chap about it. (I would have drop kicked the computer and the customer if I had to go through that!) Ample parking... I noticed some things they will do for you on site... like batteries and computer error scanning... Great place... a must for a DIYer or "I'll buy the parts so I don't get over charged" type....

Five stars to your staff .

This dealership (in my experience and my opinion) is full of all the standard tricks and tactics. Let's just say, when they gave me the out-the-door price, the final number was more than 10k over the MSRP. The trade-in values and new vehicle pricing on the website were not close to being honored. I have excellent credit and a like-new trade in. The online numbers are only to get you in the door. They continued to pressure me with tactics that would lead me into a much higher debt/ monthly payment so they can meet their sales quota. These large "upscale" showroom dealerships do not have your best interest and will mislead you at every opportunity. Be careful, folks. My sales rep was nice enough but when it comes to numbers, look out! If you choose to do business here, just be smart and have financial awareness.

Scam. Isaac the finance Director will do anything to scam you…read more I bought a new car here in September. Dealer was wonderful. Manager was visibly annoyed that I asked for a lower price. They wore me down by making me wait 3 hours to get into a room with Isaac, the finance director. Isaac talked me into two warranties but worded it as such that it was one. I later found out that many of the features bundled in these warranties were already included with my car. (My fault) Luckily, they're still refundable. However, Isaac and the finance department seemingly have no interest in honoring the terms of the refund. What was originally quoted as 8 weeks has turned into almost 4 months of missing over $6,000. Advice: If you buy a car here, hold firm to the price you'd like to walk out the door with. Ignore Isaac's tactics to purchase the additional warranties. Walk out the door with the agreed upon price, and that's it.

When we're done they gave me an estimate based on my needs and when I decided to only some of the work they did NOT pressure to do anymore. When I went back a little while late to pick the car up the manager Eric came in from the shop and told the associate handling me .. Rich I think.. to not forget my military discount. He saw my DAV tag. Got an extra 10% off without asking or promoting. They were all great and will have no problem going back to complete the rest of the work. On the same day, I scheduled an appointment for the installation of the four tires at Pep Boys store #1054 for 10:00 AM on December 5, 2025. After waiting an hour, I was apologized to for the delay and assured that I would be next. However, after another hour, my vehicle was finally on the lift with the rims and tires removed, only to be informed, "Sorry, we don't have your tires in stock." I was then offered the option to purchase other tires at an additional cost (which felt like a bait-and-switch). I understand that issues can arise, especially during a sale. However, part of good customer service should involve checking inventory before making a customer wait two hours past a scheduled appointment, only to inform them after their old tires have been removed from the vehicle. While at store 1054, I called Pep Boys customer service. I was told my case would be forwarded to a district manager, who would call me back, and was advised to "please monitor my calls." A day later, I am still waiting for that district manager to contact me. What has happened to basic customer service? If it weren't for the customer, businesses would not exist. The customer keeps your doors open, Pep Boys! I received a call at 5:15 PM on December 5, 2025, from Pep Boys Store 1054, notifying me that my tires have arrived and that I can schedule another appointment for installation. Now, I'm questioning whether I can trust Pep Boys for this installation. Can I trust that my life and my family's safety will be protected after Pep Boys works on my vehicle?

We relied on this information and took delivery of the vehicle. After we left, the finance manager contacted us, saying we needed to return to sign an additional document requiring a "wet signature." It was later disclosed that our original financing terms had changed without our consent -- the interest rate was increased to 23% after we left, and the dealership applied a $350 discount internally to keep the monthly payment the same. We were pressured with a tight deadline to complete a DocuSign to avoid the car being taken from us. While we complied to protect our vehicle, this experience was stressful and confusing, and the dealership initially failed to clearly explain the changes or provide transparency. We had to file complaints with the CFPB, Florida Attorney General, and Florida DHSMV to ensure the process was handled correctly. While the dealership eventually sent a check to offset part of the financial impact, this should have been disclosed and handled properly at the time of sale. We hope Napleton's Clermont improves their communication and transparency with customers. Be aware that financing terms may be adjusted after delivery without clear disclosure.

I can't express enough how grateful we are to Craig and his service team. This is an exceptional location with amazing people. The manufacturer tried an over the air software update and it did not work and the digital display locked up. My video monitor that has radio, map and other things. Because the software did not update it locked my screen and was not usable. I called Blue-link, service for Hyundai, and they ran diagnostics and said they would have to have the engineers look into it the over the air software update and it may take up to 7 days. I waited about 4 days and brought it into the dealership. I brought my vehicle in on a Friday,. I waited about 3 hours and I asked the service rep how much longer it Would be. They said there were issues with the software and they would give me a complimentary vehicle to use until the next day. Saturday I was called and told I could keep the car until Monday. On Monday I was told I could keep the car until Tuesday they were having issues with the software. On Tuesday I was informed they needed to replace the entire head system for the Digital display and I could keep the car until Thursday. When I called late day Thursday they informed me they received the part and I could keep the car until Friday. On Friday I was told I could keep the car until the next Monday. So up to this point I was being kept in the loop on progress at least. On Monday I had to leave a message and was told I would get a call shortly. On Tuesday I left another message and was told I would get a call shortly. I called Wednesday and was sent a text stating I should receive a call, gave a name, and he would call shortly. Thursday went by and I waited until Friday around 11 am and drove to the dealership to see what was going on with my vehicle. I talked with A manager and explained what was going on with the vehicle and my frustration of having the dealership going radio silent from LAST FRIDAY. 8 days. The manager went to service and the rep in charge of the my vehicle came out and explained that the head set for the digital display was installed but the AC no longer was working, told me I could keep the comp until they replaced the electronics from a new vehicle into mine. I received a text later in the afternoon saying my car was ready for pick up. Being late I responded I would pick up my vehicle Saturday morning. Thought out this my only MAJOR ISSUE was the last week of no information being given to me. When I returned their vehicle they made me pay 2.34 for using their e-pass, I was told this was part of the comp but I was told the girl told me wrong. No worries only 2 bucks but aggravating. Then I was told I had gone over mileage and owed 10 cent a mile for each mile over. I immediately said I wanted to talk with a manager, remember the initial paperwork was done for a one day use and never updated. After 10 min or so they came back and said it was all taken care of and thank you. Mostly just aggravated at the issue of not being there to inform me of status.
