Front bumper, Fender, Headlight, typical cosmetic replacements almost exceeded $5,000 for what reason? I never received an estimate and was told over the phone my vehicle may be totaled due to the damage quoted. They then forced me to sign a document before handing me the key stating that they are not responsible for anything, and that if I didn't sign I would have to tow my car. My vehicle drove into that facility not sure what was taken off because I was never given a proper evaluation. At this point it's my responsibility if it's loose based on that document. Took my vehicle back in possession and ordered all the parts online shipped for $800 painted** and unfolded** cost me an extra $144 for shipping still less than $5,000. Not sure why the left all the marks all over my vehicle either but I hope it doesn't eat my paint. If you skipped to the bottom synopsis of the story please avoid this spot and get with your local mechanic for a fair estimate.

I had an…read moreappointment at the Safelite AutoGlass shop in Minneola, FL, and when I arrived, I was told they had ordered the wrong part. A second appointment was scheduled for a technician to come to my home, with an arrival window between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. No one showed up, and no one called to let me know what was happening. I tried calling the shop several times, but no one answered the phone. I was finally able to get in contact with Safelite through my insurance company. A third appointment was scheduled. The technician arrived on time, but once again, he had the wrong parts. Another appointment had to be scheduled for a week later. That technician also arrived on time, but this time he was missing a part needed to complete the job. Yet another appointment had to be scheduled, and the service was finally completed. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into multiple appointments, repeated issues with incorrect or missing parts, a complete no-show without a phone call, and difficulty reaching anyone for assistance. The amount of time and inconvenience this caused was completely unacceptable. After so many mistakes throughout the process, I'm now left wondering about the quality of the work that was ultimately performed. Based on my experience, I would have a very difficult time recommending Safelite AutoGlass.

We had an idea of what we wanted and when my in-laws came up, we knew it was the right time to start looking. They are much better at negotiating and asking the right questions than we are! We tried to find a dealership through Costco, but it wasn't giving us one close by, so we went to Headquarter Honda. This is located in Clermont right across from Costco. It was weird that Costco did not send us there but I guess it was something with the offers. However, I am glad we went where we did. We met and worked with Kyle. He was a great salesmen, never judge-y when said possibly a certified preowned, he was not pushy, let us ask all our questions, and even took time to answer my in-laws questions as well. He made the car buying very pleasurable. Surprisingly we came across a certified pre owned, only 2 years old that we absolutely fell in love with. It was such a great price compared to a newer version and had more upgrades! We knew we needed that one before someone else scooped it up or they realized they were giving us a great deal! Kyle took time to show my wife, who will primarily drive it, every button, every extra thing in the car, how everything works. It was like reading the book but being given a demonstration. They even offered the Car Fax so we didn't have to pay for one. Their actual lot was pretty well sized with new cars and certified pre owned. Our certified pre owned came with a great warranty as well. We worked with Kyle for most the time but then had to work with the finance person for all the signing. I cant remember his name but he was also very nice and not pushy at all. He was even able to add some extra protection without changing our payments. I will say this was the easiest car buying experiences we have ever had. At this location they also have a full service repair shop, where we will be bringing our car for oil changes and such. Their waiting room is pretty large, they have tons of places to sit, coffee and then snacks and drinks (in a vending machine). There is even an upgraded coffee (lattes and espressos) for a charge. I can not recommend this dealership enough. Car buying is painful, and for the most part, fearful. The pushy-ness of some salesmen can be extremely overwhelming especially for my wife but this was very easy and not bad at all. I would highly recommend using this dealership if you are looking for a new car. Ask for Kyle as well! ACES!

I called Christian Brothers and Jeremy told me to bring it right in. He quickly put it on the lift and had me back on the road in no time. Where the screw was couldn't be patched, but he offered to put a plug in it to get me by until I could get a tire. He then refused to take payment for the service. Needless to say, I ordered the tire from them instead of going to another place. This kind of "do the right thing for people" service is far and few between these days. Thank you!

I politely said no thank you and went to another mechanic. I showed them Christian brothers estimate and they laughed. They fixed everything for $500. Some examples. To replace headlight was $1000 other mechanic was $200. Also Christian brothers said my power steering fluid was leaking and could fixed for roughly 400-600. Turns out it wasn't leaking at all. Just be cautious and maybe get a second opinion if you see an outrageous estimate.

They tried to say it due to "taxes" and that it was because the website calculates the taxes in NY state. Sir, if that was the case then you should be charging me LESS than the online quote as NY taxes are higher than FL's. They came down but it still somehow ended up being more than what we were told online. They also misplaced my keys and could not find them for a bit so additional time and anxiety there. They didn't seem to think this was problematic and laughed it off. This visit, I walked in and they said "there were a few cars in front of you"...there shouldn't be. I made an appointment. My car should be seen at my apartment time not after whomever walked in before me (which I was told there are appointments and walk in's before you") after sitting there for a half an hour and watching the two other cars back while mine sat there in the lot-which felt retaliatory because I did not hide my dismay after being told that and after having. Similar experience just two weeks prior (which seems reasonable) I found a place that could take me immediately. So I left. When I asked for key they didn't even speak to me. So not only are they incompetent at basic scheduling but they're also unprofessional in their manor. So no I will not be back and you should avoid this place. They can't handle basic scheduling and act like children when they get any pushback about their incompetence.
