I can't say enough good things about LBJ Collision. After a road rage incident left my black 2500…read moreAT4 with some serious body damage, I was sick over it. LBJ took all that stress off my shoulders from the moment I walked in. Their communication was clear, their timeline was honest, and the quality of their work is unreal. When I picked up my truck, it looked better than before the incident -- the paint match is flawless, the body lines are perfect, and you'd never know anything happened. They treated my truck with real care and treated me with real respect. Professional, meticulous, and genuinely good people. If you want your vehicle repaired the right way, this is the place. I'd trust them with my truck again in a heartbeat.

I strongly advise anyone considering Corsa Automotive to take their business elsewhere. My…read moreexperience with this shop was not only frustrating but resulted in additional damage, unnecessary costs, and serious concerns about their professionalism and integrity. On Christmas Day, I struck a large piece of metal in the road while driving my 2013 Audi RS5, which ruptured my fuel tank. I brought the vehicle to Corsa Automotive after an insurance adjuster estimated the repair at approximately $6,000-$7,000 for a fuel tank replacement. I approved the work based on that assessment. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a two-month ordeal filled with repeated mistakes and negligence. Weeks later, I was told the car would not start and that the fuel pump needed to be replaced--despite the fact that I had installed a brand-new fuel pump just weeks earlier. I later discovered they had installed the wrong part (a fuel pump from an Audi S5), which directly caused the issue. After eventually installing the correct fuel pump, I picked up the car, only to have fuel immediately pour out from underneath after refueling. I returned the vehicle, and they assured me the problem would be fixed. At that point, I also authorized them to repair and repaint my damaged bumper. After nearly two months in their possession, I picked the car up again--and experienced the exact same fuel leak. At that point, it was clear they were either incapable of diagnosing the problem or unwilling to perform the repair correctly. I refused to return the car to them and instead brought it to an Audi dealership. The dealership confirmed that Corsa Automotive failed to install critical seals on both the fuel pump and rear assembly, which is why fuel was leaking. This negligence caused additional damage, including gasoline soaking my rear seat, which then had to be replaced. There are also serious concerns about how my vehicle was handled while in their possession. I documented the mileage before and after, and the car was driven approximately 285 miles without my authorization. During a time when the fuel system was improperly assembled, no less. I also found personal items left in my trunk that did not belong to me. To make matters worse, parts of my vehicle were missing when returned to me, including Audi logos from the engine cover and trim from the front bumper. In total, this shop was paid roughly $10,000, and in return, I received incomplete repairs, additional damage, missing parts, and clear evidence of careless and unauthorized use of my vehicle. I will be providing photos, videos, and documentation to support all of these claims. This is not simply a poor experience it is a warning. Based on what I went through, I would strongly caution anyone against trusting Corsa Automotive with their vehicle.

When they showed up they saw my home and almost doubled the price. Total scam. After assuring me my Volvo would look perfect and "no one would be able to tell I had work done" I allowed them to proceed. I left my car in the driveway and the mobile guy came out. After 2 hours they sent me photos ( very low quality photos) telling me it looked perfect and they wanted payment. I asked for extra photos because his pics were so grainy. He said those are the best photos his technician can offer. I went ahead and paid him. When I got home and I could see for myself, I saw the VERY shoddy work. I asked for a refund, they refused and ignored me. When I asked for someone to come remove the paint drips and redo the work they scheduled 2 appointments and were NO SHOWS for both appointments. So they refuse to fix the damage and also refuse to refund my money. Stay FAR AWAY from this company!! They are shady and do horrible work. I'm going to report them to multiple agencies so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
