The replacement costed less than $7. Where Brandon went above and beyond was installing the new terminal. The old bolt was so rusted and fused to the cable that it took Brandon an hour of hard labor to get it off. During the entire process he maintained good humor and a positive attitude, even when he banged his knuckle on the engine trying to get the stubborn nut off. I am a bonified O'Reilly customer from now on!

We were told we needed to replace the king pins before the alignment could be done. After a dozen calls looking for a business that could do the work, we were finally referred to Spring Menders, who said they could do the job. It was well worth the two-hour drive to their shop in Norfolk to have James tell us the king pin problem did not exist but one wheel bearing reservoir was dry and needed to be replaced. The other needed fluid. He explained the issue thoroughly, even showed me all the parts involved. The work was completed by early the next morning at a fair price. He referred us to a tire dealer who installed the new tires at Spring Menders' shop, and we were safely on our way. We are thankful we were referred to an honest guy who clearly knows his business.
