I received AMAZING customer support from Lexi (my sales representative) & Kimberlynn (assistant…read moremanager). These two techs really went above and beyond to help me resolve my odd battery issue I was having. I originally bought my DieHard AGM battery from a store here in Jacksonville over two years ago. I remembered having to come to this distributors warehouse in order to pickup the battery and have it installed. However locating my original transaction proved to be taxing and difficult. In steps the dream team. Whenever you get good service it really sticks out. After all was said and done I walked out with good knowledge and a strong replacement battery for my F150. I will continue to buy parts for my vehicles from this company at this location. **public service announcement ** ALWAYS test your new battery purchase prior to having it installed in your vehicle. The date on the battery doesn't mean it's GOOD to GO. ALSO... don't mess with Lexi...she's STRONG! I saw her lift 4 different batteries to test them before replacing my bad one!

Caleb was wonderful. We briefly talked about what was on hand, the prices and the warrantees. So relieved he didn't judge my ignorance. (I really try to not be a stereotype of a woman but I always fail miserably) I picked the longest warrantee. I also needed windshield wipers. He asked my budget and I replied that I didn't have one. He picked a set out himself that was decently priced. Caleb installed everything for me within minutes and I was very appreciative. Fast forward two weeks later and the car is totaled. (Told you how miserably I fail). I needed a copy of the receipt since the battery was brand new and I want some kind of return on my investment through my insurance. I called the store and I'm not sure who picked up but two guys were super helpful on the phone trying to find my transaction by phone number, name, item price...any information I had to track down the purchase. They printed it for me and later I came in person to pick it up. Will definitely return for great service!!!
