I usually go to AutoZone when I need to get cleaning supplies for my car. It is on the way home and I never have to wait in line for more than a couple of minutes. This is a plus. It is a little more expensive than Walmart but parking is great, nice people who can help if I need it and little to no lines are a plus. My husband usually takes the cars there if he needs someone to put it on a machine to test it. He also have them check stuff out to see what he needs to order for simple repairs. read more

Toyota gives 90-minutes of backup reserve power when car is cranked with door closed on a dead battery. Battery was replaced by Gary in less than 10-minutes. He deserves special mention. I can't say how nice the guys at Auto Zone were to me today. The service advisor Jason helped me with a quick diagnostic for my car. I was nervous when my check engine light came on. My dealer was closed on Sunday, so I head over to Auto Zone to determine if my car was okay to drive until I could get it serviced at the dealer on Tuesday. Jason put my worries at ease. My check engine lights on so I stopped at this store for a quick diagnostic test and its showing that my fuel cap is loose. They gave an option if I want to replace or re tight the cap. I re tight the cap but the lights still on so I decided to buy a new fuel cap. Mr. Porter is so kind and patiently helped me to replace my cap and reset my engine lights on. I only spent $15 for this problem rather than bringing it to the auto shop that definitely will charge you more. I appreciate these employees working at this store coz they really helped customers who doesn't know anything about car problems like a lady like me. read more

The battery of my car died and this was the nearest store that had the right battery for my car. We happen to be wearing our Air Force uniforms since all this happen when we were finishing our shift. After been bullied for being in the Air Force (by the sales representative named Vic it seems that he is a marine) he sold us a battery that was right for my car and with a great warranty. He never gave me the military discount, which I miss to claim because I was still aggravated by the unnecessary bulling.
