It's so nice for guest who waits with their car. The other thing that stands out is the wash and vacuum service. It's standard for all Lexus to wash and vacuum each car after service but it's the small things that count for me. I used to go to AutoBell Car Wash and their policy is: anything on the floor is trash, if you don't want something thrown away move it onto your seat. But you can just tell what's trash or not (like napkins, empty paper cups, plastic wrappings etc). The Charlotte locations will simply just pick up your paper trash and leave it on your seats and you get a junky car returned to you. I didn't even have to tell Lex of Jax, they had common sense to know it was trash and threw away or vacuumed it for me. And I also had two bird poop stain on my hood and they made sure it was gone.

I walked in needing a battery, and Paul immediately looked up my car like, "we've got this," and Adom was right behind him ready to grab it. No runaround, no nonsense--just handled. But honestly, what stood out was how they treated me. We had great conversations, lots of laughs, and they were both respectful, down-to-earth, and just good humans. As a woman who just moved across the country, that kind of energy matters more than they probably realize. Only a few words about this place and its team: The best,…read morehonest, team, I was traveling from Boston MA to Orlando FL (Full Sail University) my son car broke down by overheating on a SUNDAY (8/30/15) - I called the number on the business building and Jesse pick up the phone, and said: "I am going to send down my best guy to take a look, and see what he can do for you to get back on the road - we are closed on Sunday" (Wow right) James came down and looked at the car, and said you can't make it with a blown head gasket - But I ask him what percent can I make it - "You have less than 1% chance of making it to Orlando, and you will crack the engine if you make it. With my crazy thinking of beating the odds, I told James I'll make it. Guess what - I made it to the gas station 5 miles away before the car started over heating. Now, I am really stuck with an overheated car -I am so far away from Boston, and over 230 miles away from Orlando also very low on money. Long story short, I made a call to James and he heard how stuck I am - he said: "If you can get the car over here we can try to fix it" - For the first time AAA was able to tow the car, and James was able to fix it. You must know this: You are dealing with a team that knows cars better than any dealership, or any box car store repaired place - these guys knowledge run circles around any dealership -- Just ask any one on the team to show you there tool box, and get ready to be amazed. I can tell you they work hard and they get the job done right. They are beyond fair with the price for the work you are getting done. NO ONE CAN do what they do - I will stand on that, and I can bet you that you will never go anywhere else for service. The only thing I can say bad about this place is the outside - It not fancy with flowers and glass doors like a Toyota service place or a Pepboys, or Goodyear - but if you can overlook that, and remember what you are there for -Fix your car or truck --This is the one place I trust 100%......
