I stopped by on my way home from work with no appointment and a very nice woman took it back so the technicians could get an idea of what was happening and I could schedule an appointment. It's so nice for guest who waits with their car. The other thing that stands out is the wash and vacuum service. It's standard for all Lexus to wash and vacuum each car after service but it's the small things that count for me. I used to go to AutoBell Car Wash and their policy is: anything on the floor is trash, if you don't want something thrown away move it onto your seat. But you can just tell what's trash or not (like napkins, empty paper cups, plastic wrappings etc). The Charlotte locations will simply just pick up your paper trash and leave it on your seats and you get a junky car returned to you. I didn't even have to tell Lex of Jax, they had common sense to know it was trash and threw away or vacuumed it for me. And I also had two bird poop stain on my hood and they made sure it was gone.

I found that surprising since my car is only three years old, has 45,000 miles, and I've never had any trouble starting it. Richard came out to check both my battery and alternator, and I was incredibly impressed by his attention to detail. He took the time to explain everything he was testing and why, which I truly appreciated. Lo and behold, my battery and alternator were both perfectly fine! His honesty and thoroughness really stood out to me. Honesty and integrity are so important, and Richard demonstrated both. If and when I do need a new battery, I will absolutely return to this O'Reilly Auto Parts and ask for Richard. Thank you, Richard, for your excellent service and for taking the time to do a thorough and honest test. We need more employees -- and more people -- like you in this world!

I am conflicted as I write this review, I really don't know what to give them or how to document…read morethe adventure of getting my wife's van serviced. Let me start by saying that I think they did a good job in some areas while failing miserably in others. In short, they are the best bad option available for dealership service for Chrysler products (speaking to you Orange Park DARCARS and CJDR Baymeadows). I took my wife's van to them for a habitual problem with her battery having a parasitic draw - we replaced four batteries in I don't know how many years. With all that being said, they have done a better job than anyone else but we still had to argue about battery warranties bc of MOPARs policy on battery replacement. This resulted in me driving around the city to get service records from other dealerships bc they are not centralized despite all being certified dealers. While it is commendable that they spent a large amount of time tying to find the problem, the fact that it took 7 days was a little long. It was also hard to find my service provider at certain times and despite texts, calls to supervisors - I would have to send multiple texts to get an update. When I finally able to pick up my vehicle, I advised that I would pick it up at 1430 only to find out that she was at lunch and they had to call her to figure out where my vehicle was. Communication is an issue. Once I got my vehicle, it was dirty (despite a promise of a car wash) and the tires were low on air so I had to go ask an advisor to borrow an air pump. They gladly took it pack to get air once they found a porter. This porter went above and beyond to help me out after a different porter drove it with the low tire light on and did nothing. I would recommend going to this location over other CJDR vendors in Jax but honestly I would recommend buying a Toyota or Honda van.

They pressure you and gaslight you. They loved that our toddler came with us to distract us from all of their fees and things on the first day. They verbally told us things that were in accurate. One of them was confirmed by Mazda Financial themselves to be inaccurate. One of those things was that lease wear and tear covers over mileage, when it does NOT. We had the lease wear and tear on the CX5 we were turning in and still somehow owed over $1k in "upside down" equity. So what was lease wear and tear for? Their behind the scenes fees are ridiculous and when we first asked for the breakdown to be explained, they were condescending. "That's what the itemization is for" as if their itemization isn't the most blasphemous breakdown. They hassled us to come back and have a different finance manager (Jeremy), who was equally, if not MORE pushy and rude than Thomas, who by the way invited himself to the meeting with the other finance manager. He asked to sit through the meeting and foolishly, we let him. That idiot was randomly chiming in from the back like "don't worry, I got this boss". A lot of gaslighting. When we told them we wanted to unwind the revised contract that they sent us to sign in order to buy out her CX5, they got mad, said they probably sold the CX5 already and that they'd be right back. Then the GSM told him to come back in and basically tell us to F off and they were submitting the original deal. We told them from the beginning we wanted a car that was $100 less than what they put her payments at. When we expressed that, they didn't care. Instead, they pushed the deal through. I walked the lot and did not see the CX-5. So my guess is that they likely hid the car because they were worried that we may try to buy it back out. This dealership's lack of integrity and practices are horrendous and that's sad because not even Hodges Mazda was that bad. We will be reporting this deal.
