He called to tell me that he would match that price. had he not called me back, I wouldn't have known about the cheaper price. There is a very good selection of products at a very convenient location. However, I briefly visited twice in one day, and I was about to purchase an Auto Spa car cleaning product when I was asked to leave the store! The employee told me twice, "Excuse me, you can't come here again," and motioned for me to leave. I than left quickly and quietly, feeling disappointed and shocked. The day goes by no calls from advisor Clem so we call around 3:30 as they close at 6:00. We are told the fountain they use to put the vehichle under to find leak was not working and that the diagnostic fee was going to be more and I'm thinking you are making the customer absorb the cost of your fountain not working. This is absolutely unacceptable and very poor customer service especially for BMW, I would expect this type of customer service from a buy here pay here type of place. It's so nice for guest who waits with their car. The other thing that stands out is the wash and vacuum service. It's standard for all Lexus to wash and vacuum each car after service but it's the small things that count for me. I used to go to AutoBell Car Wash and their policy is: anything on the floor is trash, if you don't want something thrown away move it onto your seat. But you can just tell what's trash or not (like napkins, empty paper cups, plastic wrappings etc). The Charlotte locations will simply just pick up your paper trash and leave it on your seats and you get a junky car returned to you. I didn't even have to tell Lex of Jax, they had common sense to know it was trash and threw away or vacuumed it for me. And I also had two bird poop stain on my hood and they made sure it was gone.
