This Advance Auto is always clean, quiet, and nice. Their stuff is a little pricey but they typically have anything you need. Great selection of car accessories and parts. If they don't have it at that store they will order it for you or direct you to the next store that has it. They are a little more expensive than the Autozone next door but worth it if you need something you can't find. read more

needed a part and was told the part was IN STOCK at another store! No problem i'll drive 15 miles to another store because i really need this part! guess what! the store that i traveled over 15 miles at nite 10 minutes before they close and they didn't have the part!! called the other store to ask why they told me that it was in stock at this store and they completely lied to my face! i absolutely heard a street name and that it was in stock at that location! but of course nothing will happen to them! i'm out hours of running around and still never got my part! i don't have the words for how pissed off i am right now but i know for an absolute fact that i will never step foot in or recommend these assholes ever again! thank you so much for completely screwing me over too late to even go to another auto parts shop! read more

I just spent over $250 for a new battery and asked the guy named Ray to help to replace the battery . At first he refused to do it but after I mentioned that I think on your website offers free replacing he agreed to do . We walked out the car , he told me he will replace the battery but he will not remove the hold-down bracket . I have remove the bracket before he replace the battery. It looks easy to me to remove the bracket so I asked to borrow tool so I can do it . He sai NO ! He also said the store won't let customers borrow tool . I was disappointed because he acted as if he didn't like I shopped at this store. So I returned the battery and walked to Autozone store next door. I only asked to borrow a 10 mm wrench , the same tool I needs to remove cables. read more

I am truly VERY VERY GRATEFUL to the manager of this location. He took terrible news and made my day! When it was sprinkling earlier today, I realized it is high time I replace my windshield wiper since I can't see without having my wipers on full speed when it is only sprinkling. I didn't want to get in an accident over something so small so I stopped in to get my wiper replaced. It turns out that my blade had to be special ordered due to my vehicle having an extra wide J hook. ONE blade was going to cost a whopping $53!!! That's INSANE!!! I'm not driving a Bentley, it shouldn't cost that much for one blade!!! I sighed and said "Just order it, I need it and don't have a choice." He asked me "Is your vehicle here?" When I told him that it was, he disappeared outside and came back with my blade in hand, grabbed a Rain-X blade that matched the size, pulled it out out of the packaging, handed the box to the gentleman in front of me and told him to sell me that one. I looked over and smiled when I saw he was disassembling my blade and the Rain-X blade then put it back together using the metal bracket originally on my vehicle, making it fit! Now I have a new Rain-X, I can see when it rains, and I am EXTREMELY happy! $20 is much better than a $53 rip off. I can't help but tell everyone what a good deed he did for me. Car was hard to start, headed in here on a Saturday expecting a long wait or hassle but the ladies at the counter were lovely and the automotive staff tested my battery and installed a new one super fast. I did do some online research ahead so I knew what I wanted but there was no hard sell for anything at all. Hmm...that's not what Auto Zone said, however, Auto Zone also told me that I needed a part that wasn't the correct part for my car, so there's that. Back to Fernando. I had a wonderful experience at this location! I recently had a headlight out and haven't had to deal with this issue before. I consider myself uneducated when it comes to most things cars. When I walked in I was greeted right away and asked what I was looking for. I explained my situation and Adrien looked up which bulb I needed. However I was not sure if I needed a yellow or white light. Instead of randomly picking one he asked if we could take a look at my car. He took the time to take the current bulb out to ensure that I was buying the exact match. After we figured which one it was he came back out and installed the light for me, right then and there. That kind of service is something I really appreciate. I am so thankful for the wonderful help I received and I will definitely be back and recommend this location to others. read more

Customer service at its finest! Came in looking for a specialized part that I couldn't even find on rock auto nor Amazon. I was politely greeted when I walked in and John took the time to listen (with a straight face)what I was looking for. After listening to my explanation with word "thingy" used several time, he determined what I needed. Obviously wasn't easy to locate, but after cross referencing several part numbers, he not only located the part but also saved me some serious money, since he was able to pin point that specific part and not try to sell me a whole assembly. Had a dead battery on my Jeep, it was from Battery plus, went in for a warranty, what a joke. When to advance auto parts on Parmer. Was meet with a can do attitude and with 15 min the battery was replaced and on my way. Definitely would recommend taking Customer service skills classes as I feel like the both of them lack of. Not only did i have to call multiple of times, to M lying stating she called a store about an inquiry, and her manager backing her up as well. Completely dissatisfied. The best customer service in the world!! Nick, Matt and Elias went above and beyond to make sure that I left with a running vehicle. Monday morning I was a complete wreck because my car wouldn't start due to a bad battery. I was already late for work and on top of that I had no idea what to do and not enough cash to even replace the battery. I went to autozone next door and they basically did NOTHING. I literally drove to advance auto part in the next parking lot and they replaced my battery using my warranty, that i had no idea I even had. I didn't have the receipt or anything. All I knew was that I needed to replace the battery and see if it was possibly my alternator as well. They ran every check to determine the issue and found a solution as well. I was so grateful!!! I didn't know what to do or who to call if they turned me down like autozone. They make a really good team. They're a new store and the absolute best!! I cant even express the amount of gratitude. My car may not be the best but its the best option for me and I just want to really thank you guys again. You guys are the pure definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
