I have to say they are one of the friendliest bunches you can imagine. They did a great job, and although I don't generally appreciate or trust most institutions of this type, I definitely appreciate and trust them, and this is one of the places high up on my list that we are considering doing business with in future.

They make life incredibly harder instead of making things better. Their rates are insanely high, they have all these rules as to how and when you can pay back, they have my pay stubs proving when I get paid and still set their own payment dates BEFORE payday. I called to discuss that issue and they want ME to PAY to refinance to change due dates when I gave them my pay dates from the beginning. And when asked to help solve any issues with the account, "the system does it that way" is the answer to everything. I CANNOT WAIT TO PAY THEM BACK AND BE DONE WITH IT ALL. PLEASE GO TO ADVANCED AMERICA instead!!!!!!! Sooooooooooooo much better, friendlier, helpful, reasonable, manageable, a wonderful tool on your belt instead of an extra weight weighing you down.

What stands out most is the dedication: I've been on long phone calls with them when we were sorting out coverage details, and they never rush you off the line. They follow through, they advocate for you, and they make insurance feel straightforward instead of stressful. If you want an agency that actually picks up the phone and takes care of their customers, this is it.
