Called them and the lady, Michelle, explained the process and broke down how everything works. She was very knowledgeable and I was comfortable getting a loan that I can pay back without going into debt. The next time I need a loan I'm hitting up this spot. Thanks to Michelle I was able to get a new tire, oil change and treat myself to a nice meal at some place called BBs.

Premier America credit union is wonderful. It was the best thing I did to come out of the bank…read moresystem with all the charges they give you two credit union and I've been with them for years. I would not recommend Premier America Credit Union based on my mortgage servicing experience…read more My mortgage originated through Premier America, and their main banking dashboard showed my mortgage loan as **"Current."** The mortgage portal also showed only the normal payment amount due and did not clearly indicate that a prior payment was missing, that the loan was past due, or that two payments were required to bring the account current. The only way I could have possibly noticed something was wrong was by reviewing the payment history in small text. The main payment screen did not clearly say **"past due," "delinquent," "two payments due,"** or provide any obvious warning that the loan was at risk of being reported late. When I made my payment, the system only showed/requested one payment. I later learned there was an issue after receiving calls from the bank, which I initially thought could be spam because my online account still appeared current. When I disputed the issue, I was essentially told that Premier America's main banking dashboard did not matter and that only the mortgage servicing portal mattered. I strongly disagree. This was the bank that originated my loan, and its own dashboard displayed the mortgage as current. More importantly, even the mortgage portal did not clearly display a past-due warning or the full amount required to bring the loan current. In my opinion, this is not transparent and creates a serious risk for borrowers. A mortgage payment system should clearly show the actual account status, any past-due balance, the total amount required, and whether multiple payments are due. Instead, the information presented to me was confusing and incomplete, and I am now dealing with a late fee and a credit reporting issue as a result. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Premier America Credit Union for mortgage lending or servicing.

I'm never one to leave a review but I want to save people the trouble. If I could give this company…read morea negative star review that's what I would leave .i have been a loyal bank member to this bank for almost 14yrs . And for the last 6 years I have recieved nothing but trouble .im writing this issue because this isn't the first time the bank has done this to me and I refuse for them to make money off of anyone else . (Sorry this is long but please read). On July 1 my husband wrote me a check for $1500 that I deposited into my account. They made a mistake and put two additional septate deposits in my account for $300 On top of my $1500oricinal amount one of the $300 came out of my husbands account because they cleared the check for $1800 instead if $1500 on my husbands account (leaving no trail so I had to send a email to prove to the one of the $300 amounts was from his account. Then on August 4 the 3 they took out $300 with out calling , holding or placing pending on a $300 amount . They just took it . When I called they told me that it was to correct an error on there mistake .-and that they were going to take another $300 for the other $300 that was added to my account . When I had proven that it came from my husband through emails and talked to 3 separate agents to which all replied and told me they had no members ad numbers . They told me that they would place a hold on my account until I could gather funds because if would over draft me just to wake up the next day and be negative $195 This bank has been very unprofessional not to mention unfriendly . They don't work with you when it comes to taking money that they messed up on they blame it on you because you didn't catch there mistake . When I went in to cancel my account the manager wouldn't even look me in my eyes they don't take you to a private room they collect all personal info at the front desk. While I was standing there with my mom as a witness they had peoples private information bank loans, bank accounts , name , amount . Everything sitting on a paper on the printer at the front desk. So please please please if you have a account with this company close it and run and if your thinking about coming to this bank please let this be a review that set your decision andRUN .because this company made a $600 dollar error that the customer had to pay and it cost me overdue funds and $600 to fix and I'm the one that ended up screwed!!! Told me the (300) that same from my husband would be in his account within 5 business days .that we should see if pending in his account on Monday..so please watch out this franchise is always dealing with fraud and the.bank it's self is full of fraudster, liars and unprofessional work.so if I can help you ... Run away as far as you can go anywhere else avoid this place

When she realized her current insurance company was cheaper, she called back to cancel IN LESS THAN 24hrs and they told her they were only going to give her back $1600. The agent ASHLY who assisted her , lied to her JUST TO GET HER SALE & said that she could cancel at anytime with no penalties!
