Don't bank here, you'll be thoroughly disappointed at every turn…read more Signed up online, followed the instructions and days later, several calls from Unity reps asking me how I signed up online, what steps I took... hell I did what the website said to do, know your banking system! Fast forward 3 weeks later, still no debit card. Pamela at the Blodgett location tells me ( full of attitude) that for security reasons debit card aren't mailed & I'd have to come into a branch, request a debit card... so I guess Unity doesn't issue personalized debit cards with customer names, or maybe they just have their own printing machine on location to do this(really Pamela?) So if I lose my debit card , I'd have to drive to one their few and non- convenient locations. No ma'am. Closing my account TODAY after less than a month. Per Pamela, I have to mail a letter asking to close my account. When I asked what address to mail it to, she says,"the P.O.Box address" again full of attitude... I held the phone waiting for her to get "regain her composure" and she reluctantly gave me the address.

It's set up in a non-traditional manner, with some kind of reception area right up front and the teller line far to the back. Apparently the commercial bankers are upstairs but can be reached by the various small business customers in the area. One of the employees heard what we were in for, and promptly got us pulled aside to a more private area where we could get the assistance we needed efficiently and without any of our information being overheard by any of the other people in the bank. He really knew what he was doing, and did an excellent job setting expectations and getting everything done.

I drove to the dealership which was 40 miles from me and test drove the Lexus RX350 I had been looking at on the internet. I immediately fell in love with it. My husband and I went back to the dealership two days later over the weekend and had the money ready to buy it. The car was in great condition and I was very surprised and pleased when I looked under the hood of the car and saw how clean the engine was. They worked with me to finance a portion of the car and we were driving out of there with my new car a couple of hours later.
