Mayra has literally treated me like I am her only customer each time. She is responsive, receptive to my questions and earnest in making recommendations that are in our best interest. She has earned my trust completely. Recently, when we were at the dealership to purchase a trailer that we subsequently insured, I literally said to the financing department, "Getting proof of insurance quickly will be no problem for us. We have this amazing account manager Mayra who will take care of everything." And sure enough, a mere 2 hours after I contacted her that morning, she had done exactly that. The agent can't answer any claims questions, the claims dept incorrectly passes the bucket to the adjuster who passes the bucket to the loss dept who will not return any calls. Very frustrating. Have to return the car rental but have not received my check. Nobody seems to know the rental policy with regards to total loss car policy. I should say nobody cares to clarify it, they just want your money and go home at 430pm. For sure I will be shopping for new home and auto insurance policy as soon as I get my money. I too want to clock in at 930am, clock out at 430pm and not return any calls.

Facility feels new, kiosk system works great, operational efficiency is streamlined, waiting times…read moreare minimal, and service is nice and breezy. I came in with a long laundry list of questions regarding vehicle registration, titles, and moving in/out of state. They also answer their phones right away. Parking is plentiful with a few great shaded spots under trees. There are a lot of county offices nearby like the justice center and sheriff. They are great at COVID compliance - everyone is wearing face masks correctly, there's a temperature check at the entrance and questionnaire on COVID exposure/symptoms, only one chair is available every 6 feet with the rest taped off. There were perhaps 5 people in the lobby waiting. I grabbed my ticket number from the kiosk and was seen within ~5 minutes. Clerk was friendly and patient with my many issues. They have everything - like license plates and are able to print you a registration sticker. I ended up having to leave and come back since the inspector never signed my state inspection report. I recommend paying by cash or check. They charge a $2.5 fee for debit cards and 2.09% for credit cards.
