The Customer Service representative that helped me today was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Her name is Patricia N. I never felt for a second that she was ready to get off the phone even though they were about to close, but she stayed on with me and answered all of my questions so I appreciate this credit union having the right people handling their calls, which tells you a lot about them 100% on customer service and satisfaction from me.

I would not recommend Premier America Credit Union based on my mortgage servicing experience…read more My mortgage originated through Premier America, and their main banking dashboard showed my mortgage loan as **"Current."** The mortgage portal also showed only the normal payment amount due and did not clearly indicate that a prior payment was missing, that the loan was past due, or that two payments were required to bring the account current. The only way I could have possibly noticed something was wrong was by reviewing the payment history in small text. The main payment screen did not clearly say **"past due," "delinquent," "two payments due,"** or provide any obvious warning that the loan was at risk of being reported late. When I made my payment, the system only showed/requested one payment. I later learned there was an issue after receiving calls from the bank, which I initially thought could be spam because my online account still appeared current. When I disputed the issue, I was essentially told that Premier America's main banking dashboard did not matter and that only the mortgage servicing portal mattered. I strongly disagree. This was the bank that originated my loan, and its own dashboard displayed the mortgage as current. More importantly, even the mortgage portal did not clearly display a past-due warning or the full amount required to bring the loan current. In my opinion, this is not transparent and creates a serious risk for borrowers. A mortgage payment system should clearly show the actual account status, any past-due balance, the total amount required, and whether multiple payments are due. Instead, the information presented to me was confusing and incomplete, and I am now dealing with a late fee and a credit reporting issue as a result. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Premier America Credit Union for mortgage lending or servicing.

They are fraud! They lied to my mom who's old and widowed and scammed her out of $500!! When she realized her current insurance company was cheaper, she called back to cancel IN LESS THAN 24hrs and they told her they were only going to give her back $1600. The agent ASHLY who assisted her , lied to her JUST TO GET HER SALE & said that she could cancel at anytime with no penalties! So basically it's like my mom donated $500 to this terrible company for NO SERVICES because the policy wouldn't have started until May 9... we are still in April! !! I spoke to several agents, including manager, and they said that is their fee to start a policy! I've had insurance my entire life, and never have paid a $500 fee just to have an agency find an insurance company for me. With that being said, please make sure that these agents are full transparent when selling you, Insurance!

Not that the Wesalayan location was subpar, bit for…read moreone, the former location only had parking spaces, but this Post Oak office has a covered garage parking. Great when youre visiting the summer. At the former location, I understood why they had one check in at the first floor with security before going to the suite of choice, but I was glad I didnt have to pull my license out to visit the Post Oak location. Im SURE they have plenty of hidden security and cameras anyway! The office location is also quite convenient as well with it being a block away from 610. There are just quite a few commercial buildings in the same block, so definetly put on GPS on your first visit here. Besides location, I just love my financial advisor! He is more of a family friend and definetly works towards my best interest for financial security. He loves what he does and has done so for myself and my family for decades. Only drawback that I had to adjust to was the all glass conference room that they placed us in for our meeting (they have others with walls and doors), but I think you'll find that LJK Financial is a great assest to you and your family to invest the time to check out in order to build and maximize your financial stability for generations to come.
