I was extremely happy with the end result. The owner, Kenny Schindler, is a hands on supervisor who provided a lot of great ideas for design. His suggestions were far superior to my concepts resulting in an exceptional remodel. I received several bids for this project and all were very close in price but Kenny seemed more attuned to what I wanted so I selected him. It was a great choice because he was very flexible and easy to work with. I intend to hire him when I redo my driveway in the future as well.

He's done full bathroom remodeling, attic door installation, light and ceiling fan installations and all have gone perfectly. The biggest complement I can say is that when he encounters an issue, he explains it well and is able resolve them all in an efficient way. He stands by his work and his rates are fair value. I highly recommend Build Craft for friends and family. My neighbor has been highly complementary of his install and electrical work... and he has an electrician background!

For a very reasonable price, Terrell from Build Craft provided exceptional service and communication along the way. I liked how he used a vacuum cleaner during demo in order to minimize the dust in the house. I also liked how too extra steps for quality work including adding putty to dry wall to ensure rigidity. I liked the fact that he used high-end drywall instead of the cheapest available. I liked how he took his time in measuring and discussing options with me. On the electrical side, I liked how he explained that the wiring of the receptacles was less than ideal and then he explained how he does it and why it's better even though it takes a little more time. Terrell has literally made our lives better. We now have a room that we can use more often. We now have a great looking and functioning kitchen faucet that doesn't leak. We now have a working ceiling fan. We now have a bunch of new electrical outlets that are safer, more reliable, and can actually hold plugs. There is no questioning the skill of his work. With that said, the next time I need work done in my house, Terrell and Build Craft will be the first one I call. I have no hesitation in recommending Terrell and Build Craft to my family and friends.

I called their office to ask some questions, the lady who answered (I forgot her name) was extremely nice and seemed to be more than willing to answer my questions. This was a bonus because I do ask a lot of question but also because I knew they had to be busy due to the special. Anyhow, she honored the deal without me having to order it, great! Made an appointment which was a couple weeks out due to the special but did not bother me I was in no hurry. Ron I believe was his name came to do our carpets. He showed up about 30 mins early. No big deal, I had no plans but I did need some time to finish vacuuming and such but he worked on other rooms while I did what I needed to do. He was very informative on carpet care and things of the like. He did an amazing jobs on the carpets. Our family room was very spotty from kids spilling juice, etc. most of it gone and the very few evident spots were probably due to some crazy dye or something so I was impressed. In our combo room he attempted to remove paint stains that were a year or so old, although he did not remove it entirely he did a good job fading it out. I didn't even care to have it removed as I assumed paint could not be cleaned. The carpets were damp not too soggy (typical wetness from past experiences). They took about 3 hours to dry except in areas not so ventilated (closet, etc), I would say took about 5 hours with the help of floor fans. All in all I was very happy with the process, speed, and quality of work.
