I saw a living social deal for this company and thought I would give it a shot, they had some pretty good reviews. I called their office to ask some questions, the lady who answered (I forgot her name) was extremely nice and seemed to be more than willing to answer my questions. This was a bonus because I do ask a lot of question but also because I knew they had to be busy due to the special. Anyhow, she honored the deal without me having to order it, great! Made an appointment which was a couple weeks out due to the special but did not bother me I was in no hurry. Ron I believe was his name came to do our carpets. He showed up about 30 mins early. No big deal, I had no plans but I did need some time to finish vacuuming and such but he worked on other rooms while I did what I needed to do. He was very informative on carpet care and things of the like. He did an amazing jobs on the carpets. Our family room was very spotty from kids spilling juice, etc. most of it gone and the very few evident spots were probably due to some crazy dye or something so I was impressed. In our combo room he attempted to remove paint stains that were a year or so old, although he did not remove it entirely he did a good job fading it out. I didn't even care to have it removed as I assumed paint could not be cleaned. The carpets were damp not too soggy (typical wetness from past experiences). They took about 3 hours to dry except in areas not so ventilated (closet, etc), I would say took about 5 hours with the help of floor fans. They called and wanted to come early which I loved, he did an excellent job, Very friendly and his wife was very professional when I scheduled the appointment. I had a Groupon Coupon to get my 1,500 sq foot home cleaned and thought to use it before it expired. They came in this morning. ( husband and wife team) I'm guessing. The carpets are clean but they are still soaking wet. Its been over 3 hours and were not able to move anything back onto the floor, yet alone walk on the carpets without having to wipe our feet after. I've had my carpets done MANY times before and NEVER has it taken this long to get the carpets somewhat dry. Its a bit of an inconvenience to have to drag out all the fans & towels to blot and blow the carpets dry. I personally don't think their machine is strong enough to pull all the liquid out they put in. read more

I had been putting off getting my carpet cleaned for a long long time because of past experiences i've had with carpet cleaning companies. I have had people who just didn't care, looked at the job as a way to be paid and took no pride in it, I've had service technicians be disrespectful to me in my own home, be noisy and inconsiderate before, during and after they were done cleaning my carpets. One person even got done cleaning my carpet and then tracked mud back into the house while trying to collect the money I owed them. Nothing but horrible experiences. I decided to try a company I had heard of a couple times while looking through internet postings, and thank god I did. First off, the person I talked to on the phone was amazingly helpful and just overall a nice person to talk to. We set up the appointment very quickly once I told them what I wanted, and scheduled a courtesy call so I could remember the exact date of the carpet cleaning without having to do anything extra. The service technician showed up, looking very professional, and was an absolute gentlemen to me and my family. We talked for a little bit, just about frivolous things honestly, and it was nice to see there were actually people like this in the industry. After a few minutes he confirmed the exact cleaning I wanted and started to clean. The cleaning was absolutely amazing, they got all of the dirt out of my living room and the carpet looked brand new. I actually had friends come over later that night who immediately noticed the difference and asked for their information. They got their carpets cleaned a week or so later and had the same amount of satisfaction as I had with the business. The carpets were already pretty dry when they left, but after about an hour and a half or so it was completely dry and felt VERY soft. A problem I had with past experiences was that the carpets I had cleaned felt very dry after the cleanings, and I would mostly just wish I hadn't gotten the cleaning in the first place. Another great thing they did for me came a week or so later. I got a courtesy check from them to make sure my cleaning met my standards, and if I was happy with it. Had two big rooms cleaned by Ron (pretty sure that was his name). Ron was polite, professional and did a great job cleaning carpets that had three years of wear and tear by a couple toddlers. He was able to get 99% of the stains out so we're back to having a carpet that looks new. read more

Brian has cleaned my carpets for several years. There is no one better. He doesn't use too much cleaning solution so the carpets are soft, he sucks out as much water as possible so drying time is reduced. I highly suggest you using Brian and his company. Prices are very competitive also. read more

This is the second time that I've had Priority clean my carpets. As usual Ron did an excellent job. There is one large area on our family room carpet that was badly stained when a roaster full of turkey gravy was spilled. A carpet cleaning company before Priority wasn't able to remove the stain. Ron spent extra time and removed the stain. He also sprayed a carpet protector in highly used areas which no one had ever done before. I highly recommend Priority. read more

i had waited to write this review until a problem I had with this company was resolved, but apparently priority carpet does not like to resolve customer concerns amicably. i purchased a carpet cleaning through groupon, and had an appointment scheduled for last thursday. on the morning of the appointment (about 30 minutes prior to the appointment, and a day after we had moved all of the furniture from the carpeted areas), priority called to cancel. when i asked why (i'm not in the carpet cleaning industry so i had no idea how exterior rain affected interior cleaning), the technician (ron/rob) stated it was because it was raining, and customers don't usually like to have wet equipment dragged through their home. fair enough. but when i asked why they couldn't have called earlier to give us a heads up as to cancelling or the possibility of cancellation, ron/rob got aggressive and said it was because they're not psychic and couldn't predict the weather. that was confusing. i knew it was going to be raining that week (no, i'm not psychic, but i watch a little thing called the weather report), so i didn' t understand why they couldn't give their customers some kind of warning. instead of explaining the situation, ron/rob told someone on his end "she's insisting on the cleaning" and then told me "never mind, i'll head over" and hung up on me. i called him back to let him know it wasn't necessary, but he never responded (i called him 3 times and left 2 voicemails). i also called the office and left 2 messages. i didn't get a call from the office until 6 days later. and then, it was a woman (jessica) who basically berated me, calling me rude, and that they weren't going to damage thousands of dollars worth of their equipment to clean my carpet in the rain. lady, no one asked you to do that. all i was asking for was an explanation. she also admitted that her tech was rude because i was rude first. i don't believe that's the case, but even if that was true, i definitely don't want to do business with a company who thinks it's ok to yell at a customer and hang up in the middle of a conversation on two separate occasions. read more

We had a horrible expierence with this company. Especially the owner Bryan. He sent out a man named Ron who was a contracter under him and he was nice but solicted his own business to people he saw while cleaning my tile and capet. He said he'd come back the next day to finish the job since a lot of spots didnt come up. When he did he said "wow! it doesnt even look like i was here yesterday", laughed it off and spot cleaned a few areas....which still never came up. when we called him he said he'd come back but never did. We called Bryan but he said he couldnt do anything about it and said that i should've gotten a hold of him sooner, when for a month i had left msgs on his personal cell phone. DO NOT use this company!!! Their truck broke in the middle of a carpet cleaning job, so they left, with a vague promise to finish today or tomorrow. After assessing the condition my house was now in, I called their dispatch, asking if they could possibly send someone back out today. My house is torn apart for the cleaning job. We have to live like this-with stuff on counters, etc for how long?? So when the ONE slot they offered I was not available (literally the one hour of the day I was not going to be available), and I asked for another slot, she said she could not find any other time. I explained that they left my carpet wet, with my house disassembled, and I was available any other time tomorrow between the hours of 7 AM and 10 PM. Her response? "So I'm supposed to inconvenience other people so that we convenience you?" Umm...yeah...you haven't finished this job, I was on your schedule before them. Her response? A++++++. I first met the owner of Priority Carpet and Tile Cleaning on June 15th 2016. The guy was ON TIME and one word: Wow! The owner and I walked my 5,960 sq. foot home that has a combination of wood floor, stone floor and carpet. Cleaning my carpets was a no brainer. He did everything fast and perfect - flawless. What shocked me was that he was able to bring my stone floors and grout back to new like condition. I have owned my home 7 years and several dogs and common wear and tear, my grout was appeared filthy. I never found a cleaning product that I could use to remove the almost black filth in the grout. I have scrubbed, used wire/metal bristles. You name. The owner of Priority Carpet & Tile Cleaning took a look and said, he would try and was very humble. Boom! Right before my eyes, he cleaned well over 2,000 sq. feet of tile/grout and returned all floors to like brand new condition. Something worth noting, I had a death in the family and I called Priority Carpet & Tile Cleaning and explained that family was coming over. Could they come and clean a room where my puppies peed. They came over the very next day. Here's the shocker. The owner had suffered a serious 3rd degree burn on his arms from chasing some fluid out of his car. But, they felt so badly for my family...he came out injured to make sure our celebration of life services would go perfectly. That's the kind of people over at Priority Carpet & Tile Cleaning. They are sincere, down to earth hard working folks. They care about what they do and bend over backwards. Had I known he was injured, I wouldn't have made such a request...Hire Priority Carpet & Tile Cleaning! They rock!!!!!! Loyal forever customer here. read more

I called Priority Carpet & Tile on a Saturday needing an appointment ASAP. I was in desperate need to get my carpets cleaned and my house back in order. I had attempted to use another company due to a discount offer and it turned out to be a bad idea. Thankfully Priority Carpet was able to schedule a same day carpet cleaning service.
