Good food and decent service. The waterfront views are incredible. However, the ambiance is ruined because of the very very loud music. You literally have to shout at each other in order to have a normal conversation across the table. Any requests to have the music lowered even slightly are ignored. Don't think I would go back. The food here was spectacular, and the location is perfect. I loved the feel of the restaurant itself, it has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The view and area where you can walk out by the water was a big plus! We enjoyed the music although it was slightly loud at times. Servers are also kind. For appetizers, we ordered the Burrata & Garlic Bread (Which is a must-try if you come here)! The garlic bread was perfectly flavored and crunchy. It was the perfect addition to the milky, soft flavorful burrata. We especially enjoyed the toppings on the burrata. Secondly, the other appetizer we ordered was calamari. The calamari was perfectly crunchy with the right amount of breading. It was a very good portion. Unlike most other calamari dishes I've had, we found this one to be very light which is perfect for an appetizer. We also liked the mix of two sauces that came with it. Additionally, the complementary in-house bread's sauce was tasty! It wasn't just any other typical butter to go with it. As for entrees, we got the rigatoni bolognese, special of the day (which was a fish), and another special of the day (which was a pasta). Everything was delicious. Hands down, this is the best bolognese I've ever had. The pasta was so fresh, and when you bite into it the sauce and meat is so flavorful. The ricotta cheese was like the cherry on top! The dish is fairly heavy, and it is likely you can share it with somebody. The bolognese is an absolute MUST. You will not be disappointed. The fish was perfectly cooked and so tender and soft. It was delectable and sublime. The other pasta dish also tasted fresh and the sauce was very rich. Overall, we had a great time here and will definitely come back. Our return visit was just as excellent as our first. Can't say enough about this place. Great staff and excellent food. My wife had the rigatoni bolognese again and loved it. I went for the Market Fish (Halibut). What a great choice! A generous piece of halibut, crispy skin on the outside, moist and firm on the inside. Served on a carrot and ginger purée that was sweet and mild. Potatoes, baby asparagus and Brussel sprouts finished the plate. Topped off the meal with a pistachio tiramisu. Overlooking Jamaica bay at the foot of the Cross Bay bridge, Adrienne's is convenient to the Rockaway's , Howard Beach and Ozone park. The addition of a parking lot is a godsend. read more

Italian, waterfront restaurant located in *checks notes* Broad Channel. Came here with a group of four on a Sunday night and were immediately seated. Large variety of wines by the glass. Handful of beers available by bottle/can; it appeared the bar had a tap line, so I guess some drafts are in the works. They had some spirits and cocktails too. We started with the fried calamari, the grilled octopus, and the tuna crudo. This all came with complimentary bread. My favorite starter was the fried calamari. Super crispy and nicely seasoned. For the main course, we shared the bolognese, the short rib ravioli, and the gnocchi. I enjoyed all three. Their halllmark item appeared to be the bolognese. Definitely a comfy and warming dish. For dessert, we shared the tiramisu. Service was attentive and the dishes came out at a good pace. Looks like a fantastic spot to visit during warm weather in order to enjoy the waterfront deck. read more

4 & 1/2..Summer 2023 is officially in the books and boy was it a kooky one indeed. In spite of some serious weirdness in the universe a good time was still had nonetheless and IMO this place in a wildly unexpected location, was clearly the restaurant of the summer. Frankly this spot, crucially located right at the foot of the entrance to the bike path for the Cross Bay Bridge leading over Jamaica bay and into the Rockaways, is probably pound for pound the best full on waterfront establishment of its type in the 5 boroughs currently. Birthed from the ashes of the horrible tragedy that was the premature death of an up and coming young female chef, her family along with her culinary mentor honored her memory by completing the project she was originally at the helm of. That project would be opening an Italian-inspired waterfront restaurant in a long dormant space previously occupied by a catering hall, and before that a rough and tumble working class bar that the family owned. The space was brilliantly restored and updated inside and out, with a brightly colored light filled dining room centered around a lovely bar, opening to a glorious bayside patio deck that would bring a tear our recently and dearly departed Jimmy Buffet. Indeed if you squint hard enough you could easily convince yourself your at one of the nicer spots on the intercostal or the keys, however once you open your eyes and peer out at that one of a kind vista across the bay, you realize you can only one place in the world. I would say the food and drinks have been uniformly excellent on every one of my quite a few visits here this summer, however I would be completely remiss not to admit that I have pretty much exclusively ordered the "OG" spaghetti and clams, featuring perfectly al dente noodles and fresh bivalves, kicked up a notch that's to some spicy nudja butter. That, combined with the fact that this is one of my favorite dishes in general and I am extremely discerning when it comes to judging versions of it, should tell you something about how great a dish it is. Surely a strong contender for my favorite dish of 23. Drinks, I can say on the other hand I've sampled much more thoroughly and all are delicious and strong and served by some of the best bartenders I've encountered in awhile. Service overall, while It can get a bit bottlenecked during especially rushed times, is most notable for how extremely warm and personable it is, especially on the part of the ownership, no doubt a testament to how personal and important a venture this is to them. Summer maybe sadly over but if you can read this in time, as of the this reviews drafting it's looking like we are in some gorgeous Indian summer days ahead at least for the next week or so, so get down here and soak up some of those vibes while you still can. Happily, this place unlike many Rockaway area institutions, is open year round, so if you're the hearty type of likes the distinctive NE seaside wintertime vibe, even better! read more

Today I went to Adrienne's for the first time I've been wanting to try it for a long time . So on my day off I headed with my daughter . Parking was a little tricky but not too bad . As we approached we were stunned by the view and the fact it's literally right on the water . It's a beautiful place and it was a beautiful day out . The hostess Brianna greeted us with a smile and promptly brought us to a table . We checked out the menu and the server Liz came right over and took our food and drink order . She was on point and on top of things from start to finish . We ordered the rigatoni bolognese and the Gnocchi with ricotta pics attached . We shared both and enjoyed them although the bolognese was the better of the two . For dessert we had the "big banana " which was always delicious and a huge portion. First time for us at Adrienne's. Beautiful spot, a very comfortable room and caring professional service. We had raw oysters to start.. delicious and well shucked. The Baby Arugula salad was fresh, refreshing and tasty. The grilled branzino was perfectly prepared with nice sides in on the plate. The only disappointment was the Hake Special... the fish was lacking in flavors, sitting in an excess of sauce with a "hard to enjoy" side of fried mushrooms. I never write reviews but I am truly disappointed. My father in law was very upset and disappointed as he works for marriott ritz-carlton and expected a better experience. We had a reservation for 11 people for a birthday brunch . We got there and started off with ordering drinks that was a little bit of a wait as well as the appetizers we ordered after. The most disappointing part was the extremely long wait for the main course. We had a diabetic and two children at the table. We barely got checked up on by our waiter and the manager only came by once as he was at everyone else's table. We had to get another waiter to get the attention of our waiter to order another round of drinks. We were very disappointed at the inattentive service. The food was okay. Then the manager had the nerve to ask as we are leaving after a 3 hour brunch why we didn't tip better, after not seeing him throughout the whole brunch. Went here last night w a large group. We had outstanding drinks at the bar before heading upstairs to a "private" dining area which overlooks the rest of the gorgeous restaurant. The owner Leo was SUPER attentive to all our needs while his waitstaff tirelessly worked serving us also. The food, from start to finish, which ranged from the fresh bread at the outset, the salad (yes the salad even gets a comment), Sliced steaks, calamari, buratta, meat-a-balls, roasted potatoes....you get the point ...all oober delicious closing with an outrageous cheesecake with hints of pistachio cream on top. The service was exceptional, the servers and staff really went above and beyond to make sure my guests were always with a drink in hand (and an iced glass of water in mine). The service was very good, multiple staff members are ready and willing to assist you aside from your waitress/waiter. The crispy tuna was the best I've ever have. The shrimp cocktail was good too. The frozen watermelon lemonade was delish! I usually don't like frozen drinks but this was great - like a slushee consistency, not icey. I ordered the pasta with shrimp which was good. I really want to try the rigatoni next time. My mom loved her mushroom asparagus and pea farrutto and my dad loved his salad. The dessert special was fab, which I took a pic of it. I finally got around to visiting this slightly hidden jewel in Broad Channel. I arrived on a blustery Saturday just as brunch was winding down. I got the "Her Name is Ramona" sandwich, with the Tuna Crudo to start. I love a good Tuna Crudo. This was an excellent one, with some tiny tasty microgreens atop them, held in place by a dot of delicious basil kewpie. The sandwich consisted of mortadella, burrata, a perfectly prepared "sunny egg", and a generous dollop of a wonderful pistachio pesto on each side of the sandwich. Served with fried potatoes and a chipotle mayo. I'm curious how it got its name. I was staying at a nearby bungalow, so I took home the charcuterie and garlic bread, which made for a hearty breakfast the next day, served with a baby arugula salad. The space is open and airy, bustling without being loud. Gorgeous outdoor views of bay and big sky. I will be back soon. read more

Coming from Nassau County you only have to take the sometimes unfriendly Belt Parkway to Cross Bay Blvd. The drive from there is a breeze. Well worth the trip. You start to feel miles away from "the City", and relaxed. There is a free parking lot a block away from Adrienne's and some street parking right by the restaurant (I got there early in the evening and there was plenty). The atmosphere is casual and welcoming. The service is prompt, engaging and professional. Ask the waiter for recommendations- Greg was "right on" with all his favorites! I had an outstanding Caesar Salad and their "specialty" - rigatoni bolognese. I loved it, and everyone we dined with loved whatever they ordered. Everything on the menu sounds so good, it's difficult making choices - that's why you ask your waiter. I can't wait to go back when the weather gets milder. Come here for the location and beautiful views. You'll feel like you are on vacation at a nice seaside town. The place is done very nicely and you can eat right waterside and the service is friendly but a little slow when it got a little busy. The food is ok. The crispy tuna appetizer could be better - too much rice relative to the tuna. If they halve the rice and it would taste much better. The rigatoni was too underdone for my taste but the bolognese sauce was nice. It is a good place to have lunch after or before going to the beach since there really aren't many places to eat right off the bridge. read more

We chose Adriennes's for a birthday celebration after having brunch there. We were a party of 13. We elected to do ala carte rather than family style so everyone could choose What they wanted from the brunch menu. Chris, was delightful to work with, always available to answer questions and flexible for all our requests. We were set up in the glass room with the fabulous view of a Jamaica Bay, the sky and the A-Train. Everyone was thrilled with their food choices, we sampled most of the menu. The cocktails are brilliant combinations of flavors and non alcoholic varieties were available for all.
