Today I went to Adrienne's for the first time I've been wanting to try it for a long time . So on my day off I headed with my daughter . Parking was a little tricky but not too bad . As we approached we were stunned by the view and the fact it's literally right on the water . It's a beautiful place and it was a beautiful day out . The hostess Brianna greeted us with a smile and promptly brought us to a table . We checked out the menu and the server Liz came right over and took our food and drink order . She was on point and on top of things from start to finish . We ordered the rigatoni bolognese and the Gnocchi with ricotta pics attached . We shared both and enjoyed them although the bolognese was the better of the two . For dessert we had the "big banana " which was always delicious and a huge portion. There's only 1 place we wanted to have dinner on our honeymoon with my wife, and you guessed it, Adrienne's!!! From the moment you walk in the vibes, warm welcoming from Chris, Leo, Frankie, Christine, waitstaff, runners, bussers, and everyone in there just puts a smile on your face. Not only did it recreate memories from the first night we visited during opening week, it created a memory the 2 of us will remember forever. First time for us at Adrienne's. Beautiful spot, a very comfortable room and caring professional service. We had raw oysters to start.. delicious and well shucked. The Baby Arugula salad was fresh, refreshing and tasty. The grilled branzino was perfectly prepared with nice sides in on the plate. The only disappointment was the Hake Special... the fish was lacking in flavors, sitting in an excess of sauce with a "hard to enjoy" side of fried mushrooms. I never write reviews but I am truly disappointed. My father in law was very upset and disappointed as he works for marriott ritz-carlton and expected a better experience. We had a reservation for 11 people for a birthday brunch . We got there and started off with ordering drinks that was a little bit of a wait as well as the appetizers we ordered after. The most disappointing part was the extremely long wait for the main course. We had a diabetic and two children at the table. We barely got checked up on by our waiter and the manager only came by once as he was at everyone else's table. We had to get another waiter to get the attention of our waiter to order another round of drinks. We were very disappointed at the inattentive service. The food was okay. Then the manager had the nerve to ask as we are leaving after a 3 hour brunch why we didn't tip better, after not seeing him throughout the whole brunch. If I could give 100/10 stars, I would. My family and friends hosted my baby shower at Adrienne's this past weekend and the event was magical. The service was exceptional, the servers and staff really went above and beyond to make sure my guests were always with a drink in hand (and an iced glass of water in mine). The food was beyond delicious and in abundance. I can't wait to go back for a sunset dinner, or even a lunch with my friends. The view was also stunning as we had amazing weather that day. Went here last night w a large group. We had outstanding drinks at the bar before heading upstairs to a "private" dining area which overlooks the rest of the gorgeous restaurant. The owner Leo was SUPER attentive to all our needs while his waitstaff tirelessly worked serving us also. The food, from start to finish, which ranged from the fresh bread at the outset, the salad (yes the salad even gets a comment), Sliced steaks, calamari, buratta, meat-a-balls, roasted potatoes....you get the point ...all oober delicious closing with an outrageous cheesecake with hints of pistachio cream on top. My after dinner espresso martini was AMAZING (3 beans of course floating) . Someone commented it looked like a Guinness beer it had so much foam!! Amazing! Delicious. Coming from Nassau County you only have to take the sometimes unfriendly Belt Parkway to Cross Bay Blvd. The drive from there is a breeze. Well worth the trip. You start to feel miles away from "the City", and relaxed. There is a free parking lot a block away from Adrienne's and some street parking right by the restaurant (I got there early in the evening and there was plenty). The atmosphere is casual and welcoming. The service is prompt, engaging and professional. Ask the waiter for recommendations- Greg was "right on" with all his favorites! I had an outstanding Caesar Salad and their "specialty" - rigatoni bolognese. I loved it, and everyone we dined with loved whatever they ordered. Everything on the menu sounds so good, it's difficult making choices - that's why you ask your waiter. I can't wait to go back when the weather gets milder. The service was very good, multiple staff members are ready and willing to assist you aside from your waitress/waiter. The crispy tuna was the best I've ever have. The shrimp cocktail was good too. The frozen watermelon lemonade was delish! I usually don't like frozen drinks but this was great - like a slushee consistency, not icey. I ordered the pasta with shrimp which was good. I really want to try the rigatoni next time. My mom loved her mushroom asparagus and pea farrutto and my dad loved his salad. The dessert special was fab, which I took a pic of it. I finally got around to visiting this slightly hidden jewel in Broad Channel. I arrived on a blustery Saturday just as brunch was winding down. I got the "Her Name is Ramona" sandwich, with the Tuna Crudo to start. I love a good Tuna Crudo. This was an excellent one, with some tiny tasty microgreens atop them, held in place by a dot of delicious basil kewpie. The sandwich consisted of mortadella, burrata, a perfectly prepared "sunny egg", and a generous dollop of a wonderful pistachio pesto on each side of the sandwich. Served with fried potatoes and a chipotle mayo. I'm curious how it got its name. I was staying at a nearby bungalow, so I took home the charcuterie and garlic bread, which made for a hearty breakfast the next day, served with a baby arugula salad. The space is open and airy, bustling without being loud. Gorgeous outdoor views of bay and big sky. I will be back soon. read more

Others had the Chefs Bolognese and me a Veal Chop - all got rave reviews. The place is done very nicely and you can eat right waterside and the service is friendly but a little slow when it got a little busy. The food is ok. The crispy tuna appetizer could be better - too much rice relative to the tuna. If they halve the rice and it would taste much better. The rigatoni was too underdone for my taste but the bolognese sauce was nice. It is a good place to have lunch after or before going to the beach since there really aren't many places to eat right off the bridge. read more

We elected to do ala carte rather than family style so everyone could choose What they wanted from the brunch menu. Chris, was delightful to work with, always available to answer questions and flexible for all our requests. We were set up in the glass room with the fabulous view of a Jamaica Bay, the sky and the A-Train. Everyone was thrilled with their food choices, we sampled most of the menu. The cocktails are brilliant combinations of flavors and non alcoholic varieties were available for all. Ravioli and a skirt steak. 120.00. Pricey for a neighborhood spot. Plus live music during dinner hours. I just like conversation with my wife and background music is fine. I've been wanting to come here since I first heard about Adrienne's opening. 10/10! Already making plans to come back. The service was great, the food was delicious and the drinks were so good! The ambiance and look and feel of the place are so perfect and beautiful. So well decorated and very clean! Our server was Greg and he was awesome! Attentive, helpful, made sure everything was great! We also had the pleasure of meeting Leo. Great guy and great manager, you can tell that he cares for the place and he knows what he's doing. We sat on the deck outside and it was beautiful! We ordered Chef A's bolognese, the Market Special fish, the Caesar salad, the burrata, shrimp cocktail, oysters and the cheesecake and the special sundae. The raw bar options were perfect! Fresh, nicely clean and the best cocktail sauce I've ever had! The shrimp were the perfect size, the oysters were very fresh! The Caesar salad was perfectly flavored and delicious. The burrata and garlic bread were amazing. The fish special was a cod fish and it was perfectly cooked and the saffron vinaigrette that was on top completed the dish! So perfectly flavored as well. The Bolognese was probably one of the best I've ever had, pasta cooked perfectly and the flavor was delicious. I am not a huge fan of bolognese at all but I couldn't stop eating this one. For dessert we had the cheesecake and yet again perfectly made, it was deliciously creamy and light and the perfect balance with the chocolate as well. The sundae was delicious, refreshing and perfectly made. Overall a really great place. Great job to the whole team at Adrienne's, all your hard work paid off. We just came back from Adrienne's and what a great dining experience it was! We shared the chopped salad-it was delicious. The wife had the swordfish special-amazing and I had the bolognese-the best I've ever had. The flourless chocolate cake was great too. I would give an extra star for our server, Giselle, who was attentive without being intrusive. Parking can be a little sketchy but if you gat there after 5 look for a spot in the bagel shop's parking lot down the block. At 5:15 today (Sunday) I had no problem.
