They arrived on a paper in a plastic basket and were drenched in grease. The sour cream on the side was very watery. The salsa fresca was mostly just diced up flavorless tomatoes; very bland. Plus there was just a tiny cup of each, so not much to cut the greasiness. Waitress never came out to see if I wanted anything more. The horchata (rice drink) was also at least twice as watery as normal. Are they cutting costs by watering things down? The outside eating area could have been nice, but it is very neglected. The pots held mostly weeds and the seats and ground had lots of old dead leaves. It's summer now, not Fall, so those leaves have been there a while. The food was very slow in coming even though there was just one other table. (Folks at that table were also complaining of the long wait). The reggae music was nice (but a further indication this is not a real Mexican place). This place needs some serious attention from someone who cares.

Not only was the food delicious, but the service was also incredibly fast and efficient. You order and pay at the cashier, and then once your food is ready, the staff brings it out to your table. Good ambiance as well. We came around lunch time so it was quite busy and they have a number of tables inside and have a patio outside weather permitting. I hope that they expand their hours (M-F 10-2 & SS 10-4), and I would love to have this for an option during the week.
